Just a fyi, that isn’t for clamping pipe, it’s for cutting box section with a corner pointing up. It makes the cut quicker and the blade last longer 👍🏻 just use the flat faces for pipe.

I had the same one during the january discounts for 149€ instead of 289€ (in France, i guess it's cheaper in the US...as everything) Awesome tool ! Fast and clean cuts, few shavings...maybe for negative point the blades prices but I heard that it is possible to have them sharpened to improve their lifetime, I will try to have some informations about that...

You can not just swap blades. That’s what I wanted to do, that’s why I am watching your video, I need a new saw. Abrasive chop saws spin around 4000 rpm. The evolution saw spins at 1500 rpm. If you over spin a carbide blade the teeth will fly off

I've had mine for some time now. I've found it actually works better without the pipe clamp piece, you'll never get a strait repeatable cut with it. Also if you use it for aluminum at all cut very slow with that blade it works good but build up on the blade if you try to go fast. And DO NOT USE THIS BLADE for stainless they sell other blades for stainless or use your evrassive for stainless you'll be buying an 80 blade everytime you cut stainless with that blade..... Ask me how I no lol. But otherwise this saw is amazing and probably the best $200.00 I ever spent on a tool

I cut slow with it for everything lol... not cause it can just cause it effortless lmfao... so used to abrasive
