I have a question. Suppose If i am working in a startup using mern stack and then if i learn java parallely and apply in MNC, then will I get good package in MNC because i have work experience in mern stack but not in java
Don't go for java just because of its legacy image and hype...it has a very steep learning curve needlessly.....mern has high packages within 3-4 years and javascript stack can provide a complete solution to all web mobile dev requirements
In MNC , they undermine for every work(Politics) .But in startup we tend to learn many technologies with own pace.Learning curve is good in startup when compared to mnc. There are even cons in some startups.DSA is very important even for JS or JAVA. MERN is high demand compared to JAVA, Java is existing because of android mobile apps. But for web Development JS is the king

In mern competition is very high and for mnc hard core dsa required
Excuses lol

What about Dot Net. Especially Core
Saare legacy projects dotnet aur java per he build hai.
Why everyone not talk about dotnet core?
@tkazeem5711 learning path thoda musqil. Dot Net Ecosystem is like a another world

Doesn't matter first learn one stack fully with time you can easily shift in java , html css js react is common in all

Is it possible to switch to java after years of experience in mern? Like would mncs or maang consider someone for java if one has worked on mern
They cannot know your previous tech stack until u tell or u give some clues..... Prepare well and lie to them that u worked in java....
Summary : Choose MERN as a fresher and learn Java for backend side by side for future switching in mnc's
Sir how much time is required to learn Java full stack as beginner having zero knowledge of coding does. Or I will go for mern stack.
Beginner questions, been through that, jab tak tumko khud pr confidence nahi aata, ki mujhe aata he, tab tak karo, time vagere maat socho
learn basics start building copying others projects repeat until u feel confident in doing by yourself
Depends upon your grasping power
Atleast 1 year for java full stack for mern 4 to 5 month
