    Welcome to an immersive journey into the future as seen through the eyes of Kreia, the enigmatic Force-wielder from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. This video unveils a detailed and thought-provoking monologue where Kreia forecasts the trends that will shape our world in the coming decades.
    Delve into a vivid visualization of a cyberpunk dystopia rapidly taking shape - where technology has intertwined with every aspect of human life, and the line between man and machine blurs. This narrative warns of cybernetic threats, the extinction of privacy, and the widening socio-economic disparity, all set against the backdrop of a world grappling with climate change and dwindling natural resources.
    Join us on this epic exploration that mirrors the power struggle between the Jedi and the Sith, reflecting the real-world battle between unity and self-destruction within our society. As Kreia elegantly puts it, these trends are neither inherently good nor evil - our choices will determine the path we take.

    Another incredible video. Love how all this dialogue sounds exactly like something Kreia would say. The background music is spot on too

    It is but a meaningless struggle of a bug fallen on its back, unable to get up in the face of magnificance of the Force.

    The only future disaster she didn't talk about is demographic collaspe a albatross already crawling abiut our back. How can we hope to keep our current pace of development and living standards with an increasingly older and shrinking population?

    • @JohnCena-le1jj
      @JohnCena-le1jj Рік тому +3

      Easily, by relocating populations to key areas and abandoning less important settlements

    • @DM-mi4je
      @DM-mi4je Рік тому +3

      @@JohnCena-le1jj Yet these settlements have been established for a reason. Also the problem is birth rates once a population hits a threshold it goes into a death spiral and as of now we know of no historical culture that survived similar trends. Can we pull out? Can we change engough to matter? Keep in mind this isn't just a first world matter basically every nation but sub saraharan Africa is trendimg downward in births.

      @@DM-mi4je Well the largest countries in the world in terms of population such as China, India, and the United States all have a birth rate higher than the death rate, and overall the global population growth rate is also positive, it could be argued dangerously so. Only some developed European countries such as Italy have negative population growth (while others, such as Britain or France, have positive growth). Japan also has negative growth. Overall this is caused by the accessibility of contraception and cultural factors, Japan is known for its cultural focus on career. If contraception were to be terminated, population growth would skyrocket. And the settlements may have been established for a reason but if they are no longer needed, there is no reason to keep them around. Many settlements in the United States were established in the gold rush period just to mine gold, only to be abandoned later once the resource ran dry.

    Could you maybe make Kreia debate with Gandalf on matters such as good and evil and/or compassion and pity?

    The best way to predict the future is to comprehend the past. History does repeat itself but never in the same way twice.

    I agree with everything, if not most things, she said. Most people think they don't worship anything, but they do. Technically and science is what we worship now.
    Don't get me wrong, I think Technically and science is good for everyone, but it's how people use it that's worrying. The use of social media has made it easier to communicate with each other from far away, but now it's mostly about getting views and having people notice you and pay you to do things (talking about Onlyfans).
    These even led to the idea that people can be more than two genders. I don't mind what you believe in because not everyone is going to agree with each other or even bother to listen. I just don't think we should force our opinion on others, especially children.
    Telling children they can be more than a boy or a girl is just ridiculous, I never once questioned my gender as a child. Children should act like children and only question their gender and sexuality once their old enough, preferably from 15 to 18.
    I'm just releasing stress, but these are my opinions, believe them or not.

      You're running on outdated data and missinformation, and if you dive into the data more thoroughly, you will find gender is actually fluid, also the right have weaponized children and false information about trans people to try to pretend there is an actual danger to kids when there is actually not, and that other more catastrophic things are actually hurting us, like capitalism, concentration of power to the wealthy, the elites, anti union leadership in politics who take corporate dark money in their campaign and do their bidding.
      The LGBTQ scare was built to distract us from a bigger issue entirely and is basically the divide and conquer strategy to control us through subtle suggestion, messaging and emotional responses, because who wouldn't want to protect kids from "groomers," and such? Hence why there is anti trans laws passing that suppresses their freedom of expression, and in fact increase suicidality in children, due to them having disphoria and not being able to identify as the gender they feel more comfortable identifying as, which doesn't hurt anybody.
      I urge you to learn the contrasting data and information that scientific studies can provide and not adherence to a single outdated ideal.

      @EnigmaJenkins Forcing children bellow 10 to be like you, how the hell is that okay? Age of consent exists for a reason, especially that a lot of you don't want their parents to know what's going on, when this is happening in schools. I'm actually glad people went to court with these situations, bcs it's going way too far. Also, real question - what is wrong with being yourself, the one you were born as? I get that it can be difficult to deal with yourself sometimes, but I pulled through and realised that there's no need to complicate things more, just focus on being better mentally and socially. The internet should never decide who you are either, it's all on you.
