Interesting, but the gentlemen is incorrect saying that Mitchell led the raid on Japan. It was General Dolittle. Mitchell was the name of the aircraft company that built the plane. There was a General Billy Mitchell back in the 1920s who was court marshaled for proving that battleships were obsolete due to their vulnerability from the air.
