- This time, I tried the private S class room on the Meimon Taiyo ferry from Osaka to Fukuoka.
We can also enjoy buffet style dinner and breakfast on the ferry and beautiful views from the deck of the ferry. In this video, I show you the illuminated beautiful bridge (Akashi Kaikyo Bridge) from the deck. It was really magnificent!
Prices are at time of shooting.

"Vibrating water" - I laughed out loud 😂
Friend, you know there are many channels with travel videos of Japan in this style, but your are my absolute favorites. I think I have watched every one, and now started repeating.
They are very relaxing and help me to sleep. I would like to visit Japan one day, thanks to you.
Thank you for the meal! 🙏
6:38 The song is called Auld Lang Syne or as it is known in Japan, Hotaru No Hikari. It is used across the world in many countries to symbolize endings or farewells. In many english speaking countries it is played on New Years to say farewell to the old year.
This makes me want to go overseas and see your culture.
Thanks!
Super Thanks!!
6:27 Aww watching the man wave to the boat was really cute! Another beautiful, relaxing video! I absolutely adore your videos!
I''m not gonna lie, this is some of the most calming stuff I've seen yet...deserves more subs : )
I hope so! Thanks
Thank you for showing us your trip on the ferry! It’s wonderful to see places I probably will never see in real life! And your videos are so calming to watch!
i love your videos! I like that you show us what your meals are and the details you show. Please keep uploading more videos!
I have watched every video on your channel. I truly love your adventures amd am looking forward to the next video!
The plates/tray at the buffet is interesting.Western style would be heaping food on the plate. Here the plate helps you with portion control. I like that!
These videos are so relaxing! Love the tours and seeing Japan!
Looks like a very calming journey, the food looked very delicious.
I love that you always say "thank you for the meal" ❤
Loved it! A calming ferry ride. Thanks for taking us along!
I really like how you do these videos. Very informational. No nonsense and straight to the point. You are really on to something here. I’m planning a trip to Japan 🇯🇵 next summer. Very excited about it. You have helped a lot. Please continue to make these videos. They are amazing. Nice work and high five 🖐🏻
Thank you very much. I am very happy to hear you say so. I will continue to do my best!
@@experience_japan do you live in Japan or just passing through
Hello from Canada…love the Japanese culture, your country is so beautiful. Love to hear a woman’s perspective on travel.
I LOVE your videos and get better each time with the bits of what you personally were thinking, some humour, and including things that are freebies. Thank you so much for pointing out things that are super helpful if we visited like manners like we shouldn’t eat in walk, explaining the pyjamas when traditional the type it is and how you tie it, and what the food is making it easier to find if we wanted to try it.
Thank you so much!
Your videos are the most wonderful treats. Thank you for posting these! I dream of seeing it myself one day
Glad you like them!

Your first ferry journey and you make a video like a pro! You must have watched many of these types of video to know what we like to see.
Thank you for such an informational video. I especially liked how you described what the foods were on your trays as I'm trying to learn what foods were what. I'm in the US but some day I hope to travel to your country.
Love your stuff ❤
I love your videos. ❤. Japan is beautiful ❤️
You have an interesting watch 😳
Apple Watch 👍
i love your watch! you are funny! and lucky to travel!
1:15 min the Designer/Artist name is "Hundertwasser" (Hundred Water) he is very famous for buildings without edges and corners, adapted to nature in colored and Moorish style. He changed many buildings, such as residential buildings, train stations, public baths and factories. There is a shopping and residential building near me that he designed.
He made also paintings. 😃
hello people. I am glad that you enjoyed your trip
what does the vibrating water taste like 🤔
Very good video, thank you
Thank you too!
I liked it! Greetings, from Washington State, USA. 👍🏽🍵😎
Thank you very much!
"vibrating water" Japan really is in the Future!!! 未来最高! 🤣
Please post more videos i really love your vibes and your culture. Fan from malaysia✨
Not gonna lie, you almost got me with "vibrating water" !!😂😂
Looked like fun!
It is!
The vibrating water part made me laugh 😂
Vibrating water. that's cute
When U go to MALAYSIA, their ferry got no alcohol. Beer is very important holiday promotion n they dont have it.
That song sounds like Auld Lang Syne, the song commonly played in west for new years. :)
About the song used for departure of the ferry: In the USA that song is sung on New Year's Eve to say goodbye to the old year and Hello to the new year!
Thanks for sharing
Your videos are a balm to my soul.
Do you think someone with no Japanese language skills could figure out how to take this ferry? Just curious.
Even those without Japanese language skills can make reservations in English. The reservation site also allows you to choose English, and the ship's crew will be courteous and helpful.
Thank you 🙏 😊🌹🍃🍃
I lived in Japan twice and liked Japan except the food. I do not like Sea food, so I found it hard to find something good to eat when in town.
What season of the year ferry services provide cheaper rates ??
Weekdays are relatively inexpensive except during the year-end and New Year holidays and summer.
Do they serve western breakfast 🥞🧇🥨🧈🍳🍞🥐🥚☕️?
I really enjoy your videos. One thing I have to ask, doesn't Coca-Cola have those aluminum bottles with the twist off cap anymore? I didn't see them in any of the vending machines in your videos so far.
Thanks😆 Coca-Cola have those aluminum bottles still exist in Japan.
Such a clean and respectful country. No trash or vandalism like the USA
I love how you mention things others never do
Thank you
What is the difference in price from the shop on the ferry to the coin machines ??
Pretty sure vibrating water is a sign that there is a tyrannosaurus Rex is nearby.
No doubt 🦖 lol
Now what is vibrating water dear?
Why is this your first time on a ferry? Did you shoot this before the one where you went to Matsuyama? or is this the same ferry?
My 1st video of ours since then i have been watching every single video it's 1st been 1 year already
Is no one going to talk about the vibrating water?
how did it taste?
💕💕
His room is basically a New York City apartment and it goes for $8500 a month
Its also alittle sad when the shinkansen hayabusa and komachi trains uncouple at morioka station komachi leaves first and hayabusa is yelling dont leave me komachi , don't leave me, komachi yells back, ill be back hayabusa on my way back from akita we will be together again, couple, and ride back to tokyo as one😢🚅🚅. Same for the sunrise trains Izumo and Seto, we will ride back to tokyo as one🚄🚄
Is the vibrating water a Japanese thing? ;-)
It also appeared in Jurassic Park ;-)
IDK why, but the ferry buffet can range from ok to not that interesting. I have watched plenty of solo Japan travels, and by far the best food you can get are the ones between trains and buses. Only because you get the food before going on the ride. 😕
I love your content but always skip your introduction because seeing how the room looks is the best surprise of your videos!
Vibrating water😂
It's very noisy in your private room. 🤔
This time he actually demoed the plastic and "fancy" hanger! Come on!
Literally you can stay in Japan for 30days for under 1400$ if yoy do ot right
You need a script and a speaking role to start getting that lovely Chris Broad money.
