It's great that you have a sponsor but Betterhelp is a very bad one, especially for the users. Solo solo-san i really love your videos, it always gave me a sense of relax and peace however, i think taking this sponsorship is not a great idea, they have quite a bad history for their services and does not live up to it's ads at all.

The best part of the seafood bowls were the ikura and crab. And what was that green leaf in the tempura? Never had anything like that. Love food tours but don't think I could eat as much as you! Thnaks for another appetizing tour.

I'd love to soak my cares away in hot mountain spring water while surrounded by nature. The food also looked delicious, but how on earth do you eat as much as you do, lol?

Yes, you're right. In western societies it's quite normal to care for your mental just as for your physical health. It has become normal to talk with your family, friends, coworkers or even your boss about mental health issues. (Your company needs healthy and productive workers so it should be interested in caring for you) I heard that this seems to be a bit difficult in Japan.
I don't like sea food, so that seafood meal that was staring back at you, would have been a hard pass for me!

It’s not the camera it’s the amount of data you have to manage. A few days of filming like that runs into 100’s of GB’s very fast.
