I do mine by starting with onions carmalized in butter and a little olive oil when they start to brown I add the hen feathers lol when they near doneness then I add the garlic several cloves then top off with some flake finishing salt . Yummy yummy my son wild picked them
I forgot to mention I added about 1/3 cup white cooking wine and sprinkled some Italian seasons bred crumbs on top to season and thicken liquid they turned out very nice . Next my son will be getting some wild oyster mushrooms from wild he is becoming pretty good at finding them last year he got chicken of the woods
