Tldr for headaches: 1. Mag+ Potassium OR Sodium 2. Tension in neck and jaw 3. Reduce vasodilation 4. Inflammation (especially Omega 3 AND 6) 5. Estrogen to low from super supplementation 6. Posture Hey Chris, you said, that you have debilitating headaches. You probably know most of what I am going to say, but if there is only a small chance, that it might help you, then its worth it. Firstly, you should try supplementing with the right magnesium form and either sodium or potassium. When you are depleting your glycogen stores through hard dieting, you become extremely susceptible to electrolyte imbalance. Secondly you should pay attention, if your headaches increase while training. If so, then try weighted neck exercises in a stretched position, to decrease muscular tension, especially if you have problems with sleep apnea. Also try to reduce muscular tension in your jaw muscles. „tightness“ in this area can have a profund impact. Thirdly, try reducing your vasodilation/ increase vasoconstriction. Leave away the pump formula or at least arginine and citrulline. If you are already taking high amounts of magnesium try reducing that aswell. And think about your super supplementation and its impact on vasodilation. Curcumin is vasoconstriction as well and caffeine only when tired (otherwise vasodilating). Fourthly try reducing inflammation and stress. You have most likely already tried a lot, so i will not go into more detail, but especially make sure your omega 3, AS WELL AS OMEGA 6 are not low, while in a proper ratio. Lastly, you should make sure, that your estrogen levels are not to low. I don’t know a lot about the effects of super supplementation, but if you are suppressing your estrogen to much, it can lead to severe headaches as well. Ps: forgot about prober posture. Having a bad posture can in extreme cases decrease blood flow to the brain. This is also the hardest to fix.
Chris is looking HUGE this year, much fuller than previous years, esp in the chest and back. He is gonna run away with it this year and present a career best shape by a mile. I think this year he is getting real real close to his max potential for Classic.

This came out on my chest day and i just did it no questions asked. It made me try that seated bench press machine, and i actually got the best stretch ive ever had from a chest workout, it's permanently in my routine now.

i started to do DB press after watching Cbum doing it seriously, and then my chest got really good. No matter how many great machinces exist in your gym, the point is to include at least 1-2 free weight exercises in your workout
To all of you having posture issues. Try back extensions 3 times per week. 3-4 sets or 12-20 reps. My posture has gotten much better in just a few weeks. I'm still working on it. I superset them with abs training.
As I coach I highly recommend this. Always keep some type of back extension/ GHD/ Reverse hyper in your training and your posture and lower back will gold

I love the going lighter thought. 150 per hand to 140. CBum is a machine. The knee raises are probably good to stretch your shoulders to. Good to know the dip/stretch movement.

Hey Chris, training in the heat lowers your energy and strength. They make these wrist cooling gloves for Olympians before a competition or in between sets. Tons on research and science on it, you can also alternate your hands and wrists in cold ice water every minute in between each set and you’ll have 10 times more power. Dr Andrew Huberman has a lot of videos on cooling your body for sports, you can also put ice packs on the inside of your thighs in between sets. Cheers

Just went back and watched a chest day from 4-5 weeks out last year and you look INSANELY improved (absurd to say about 4x Mr. Olympia). Just curious what things you did leading up to this year that made such a difference!
premiere pro just introduced an enhance audio feature that i think would fit your gym content very well. it gets rid of the fan noise and levels audio super well. i think your editor should give it a go. otherwise nice video as always

It sounds like low estrogen, there are also tendons pain in elbows and shoulders. But in pre contest its normal to crash them to be drier and harder
