Btw how well do you think the 18 grn pellets would have done at 150 meters do you think they would have enough energy to take down the squirrel assuming you hit it

Thank you very much. Its not so much about having the guts to do it, its more about know what the gun is capable of doing at that distance and also the power it will deliver to get a clean ethical kill. When it comes to 18gr pellets there are a lot of controversy but out of experience i can tell when i started making videos 18gr pellets were the only pellets i used if I could get hold of them, sometimes i only shot 16gr pellets and my air rifle was only giving me +-32 foot pounds of energy, i shot doves, Guineafowl, geese and squirrels with this, the wind was the biggest factor and also shot placement is very very critical. Airgun shooting has become much more easier and forgiving with slugs. Anyway thanks for taking the time to watch my video I appreciate it 🍻

My friend has one and we shoot accurately out to 175 yards, .22 cal. I mean it's on the shooter to read the flags and compensate but it's a real good shooting gun. He likes the 25 HN, we resize our slugs to .216, but I think tuning it for the NSA 27.5 is the way to go. you can buy them .216 already and no sizing needs to be done. Size is everything when you find what wants to work. It's 1:17.7 twist so 25 grain and up for slugs. You can't go wrong with it. Likewise, I'd stay with the redesigns. 18 grains in the mid 800's max for that twist rate unless you want shit to go crazy, or if it's perfectly calm. Solid dependable gun built like a tank and plenty of power. it's a value, there's nothing fake about Brocock.
