    Hi Denise, thanks for the video. I read somewhere that pro sports athletes sometimes ice an injury such as a ligament or tendon (I have tennis or, "mouse" elbow) for 1-3 minutes then heat for 3; repeat. Supposedly, the ice helps break up some sort of crystals that form around the injured connective tissue then, the heat brings in the blood supply rapidly to wash away the broken up crystals. Do you know anything about this? Thank you for any answer and God bless.
