Massive Tip: If you ever get the reward for Large Scale Construction dispatch, take it no matter what the other options are. This dispatch allows you to farm epic facility upgrade chests enabling you to indefinitely continue upgrading all of your facilities randomly. These facility upgrades are extremely powerful and will dramatically upgrade the quality of your playthrough. You could get an upgrade that reduces the time it takes to learn Tailored skills by a week, reduces the amount of weeks it takes for the tavern recruits to refresh, reduces the cost of custom forges with the blacksmith, etc. These are very powerful upgrades, so getting them on a regular bases from the dispatches is very valuable since it will enhance every other aspect of your run. The dispatch takes 3 weeks for the reward to come through.
I appreciate the tips for this mode. This will be a fat chunk of peoples time. Im on week 30 and just randomly going with it. Been a lot of fun. I pulled gloria after but looking forward to the next run
Same here, whenever they hit 50% stamina, i put them to rest and use a 2nd team! And if i'm lucky enough, i get the +30% rest facility bonus, then i only put them to rest at 20% stamina while using training grounds to level up the 2nd team.
Here's a tip: while playing on PC do not press ESC on the quest selection screen when there is no vital/emergency quest. It automatically skips the week.
@@mmogemu02 Ya there's nothing lol the week just goes past. Granted last time I done it was last week so maybe they've fixed it. In the Steam forums you can see other people talk about it under Bugs.

The simple +2 movement tactic is so strong in Fool's Journey and PvP. I wish I could get it from Beryl in the campaign mode, but I'm already close to finishing my first run if the "Dawn" Milestone quests are any indication (I have 1 left).
I don't think this was mentioned but be careful of which skills you choose to learn for a character because i think a character can only learn about 8 skills max. After reaching max, they no longer have the ability to learn any new skills. I really wish i knew this because i maxed out my col pretty early in my playthrough. Also, once you've learned 3 tailored skills, you can't learn anymore nor change any that you've already learned. I wish I knew this before too.
@@TitaniumLegman It's true! Your videos are so enjoyable and helpful. Helps that we have the same taste in games as well. Would love to see a video where you focus on specific characters and how to build them, especially ones that aren't as talked about like Lilywill or Nungal.

By the way, when summoning does the tarot card you choose have an impact on what you pull?
I don't know the details as I'm super early in the story. But with the nature of this game being "go back in time, change destiny, etc", maybe someone who we can't save now, might be saveable in the future, as the game gets updates. I'm going to assume that both the Gacha side and the Main story will get updates.
I'll take the new upload to ask: how is it as a gacha as a "person that doesn't like gacha logics"? I don't mind the gacha itself, hell, if a game is fun I am more than willing to be even a low occasional spender (that's what I am on Limbus Company). It's the daily grinding and stuff like that gets to me. Is it user friendly or do I have to keep it open and spam inputs to get daily stuff done? Skipping some days is a death sentence to your farming or not? I am intrigued, but always afraid of giving time to a "second gacha"
I have a question: Which main (Named) characters are guaranteed for you, during the Spiral of Destinies? Because I dunno why I would theoretically bring Shield Girl and Archery Guy, if they're guaranteed to be playable options due to the story. I think those are the ONLY two you are guaranteed, but it seems like you'd want to bring 3 other characters, just so you have more options to play with in Solo mode.
Maitha and Faycal always in your team in SoD But Different is u can bring your own Maitha or Faycal and have their Best Skill from start But ofc wise thing to do is is simply bring Other Legendary character than using someone u already got from start
I played the first chapter (or whatever its called) and was picking on random and haven't read anything, is there a way to replay it or rewatch the story On what week I can choose different characters (now I'm on week 11)
How does the gacha interact with this mode? If I pull Gloria with my first rolls, what does that mean for me in spiral of destiny? If this is the story mode, what is fools journey? An endless grind?
If you pull Gloria, you can add her to your starting squad in Spiral of Destinies. Fool's Journey is the online gatcha mode, and from what I'm told goes more into character backstories and some of the events that led up to the main story.
Spiral of destinies is more detailed on the background of politics and why sometimes you in Fools Journey appear out of nowhere with a bunch of people you are supposed to know. Fools Journey depics the stuff you dont see in Spiral of Destiny, while the latter is more like about the geopolitics of your situation. Quite interesting if I must say soo.
I've figured out that it functions as a timer for that section of the game, essentially. So you're racing against the clock to maintain and get your objectives done.
i know it's about a week (or two) old, but is there still a lot of "thanks for playing with us - here's stuff to get you started?" things active (and more importantly, do you feel this could be be completely F2P?) thanks :)
I just started two days back, it's absolutely still early enough to get in and reap all the rewards. As for how F2P friendly it is, it all depends on one thing: how much you care about the PVP mode. Legendary units do generally have more going on in their kit, but there's plenty of Rare and even Uncommon units with useful traits that can allow a strategic minded player to do very well.
Overall, it's pretty f2p fiendly. There is no need to summon dupes or weapons to get the most out of a character, since both things are farmable. Also, it's really easy to reroll for 1 or 2 top tier characters. Plus, aside from high end PvP, all content can be cleared with Epic rarity units or lower. And the game gives you enoug free characters to form a pretty balanced team. And the main story mode only allows you to bring up to 3 characters from the gacha mode anyway, so spending helps you very little here. (The rest are obtained through story progression.) Oh, and there are no limited characters in this game - all new units are added to the standard pool after their debut. Also, the Legendary drop rates are 2% (With a 50/50 chance of being the featured unit on debut banners, or a 75/25 chance on double banners) The only negative points are the acelerated scheduled on Global, (making it harder to save, unless they give a ton of summons through events) and the difficulty to "snipe" a particular character. (Since you need to pull 180 times to reach the featured character hard pity, and you can lose multiple 50/50s in a row before it.) But... Even if you fail to get a particular character you want, you should still end up with a lot more characters overall than, say, Genshin or HSR. Also, all characters go into the standard pool, so you have a chance to get spooked by them later.
@joaomarcoscosta4647 I have some questions if you don't mind. First of all, very informative post, I've been looking for this, thank you. For the story mode, you can only bring 3 characters you've obtained by gacha? So past 3 characters, unless you want to switch, that's about as much influence your pulls have? This would make me happy to not feel as much fomo as long as I had three I liked.
@@arxarcium3229 For the story mode, yes, that's right. And things like dupes or weapons obtained in the "online mode" have no influence on the story mode either: the progression on the two sides is almost completely separate.
