Thanks for the video. I kept getting close with other guides and honestly it was probably me just playing poorly that caused me to lose. I followed your movements exactly up until around round 8 where there was a lot of deviation. Somehow my Angel ended up with 10 stacks of the DoT but she died the same turn I killed it, so 3 stars.
Most helpful. I was finally able to clear it. Had to change a few tarots/gear but in the end I only lost Divine Grace. Got the Reorganized Cube for my trouble.
Suppression is a beast in this dungeon. I think its the stage before this and I'm using the same team and tactical spells. He's the only one tanking that targeted AOE nuke of the boss and just shrugs it off lol.
excellent video, very thorough. the attack on the marker hits 3 times, so blade would only be able to dodge 2 of them and bite the bullet on the 3rd hit. But it is good to know that with more characters in the aoe area, the dmg will be spread amongst them.
@@svaphotog actually you would be surprised! blade does tank as well as predicted, and I'll be featuring him in an upcoming revisit of this fight. he's able to build 3-4 stacks of dodge in order to do so since the buff lasts 2 turns
Had a hard time clearing this. There is also a another way using knights. So basically there is one tanker and you will shield him and he/she should be wearing the trinket with stats like he'll have reduced damage while having a shield. The specific items has something like will have a shield at the start of the battle. Forgot the exact words for it. But that was the gist of it. And the one giving shield is the knight with swords skills. To make it OP you also have the aura for knights. Have fun!

@@LumGaming101 i kinda made it work with Gloria instead of ballista, damage reductions from her kit helped everyone survive, i lost some damage but mov+1 helped beryl attack boss turn 1 and clutched it on turn 15. Thanks again for your strategies.
Would Supression be better than Gloria in that team comp? She could bring her aura to buff Ballista and also help with energy, damage mitigation, and movement.
@@Fab2811 yes, Gloria probably could work, she definitely helps Ballista's damage. the problem is she doesn't have self-heal and self-cleanse for the stigmata stacks, so she's much more reliant on your healer. Suppression is like a 1 man army against this boss. the benefit with Gloria, besides what you mentioned, is she would add significant DPS both from her AoE attacks, and buffing your team. the trade-off is the survivability of your tankline. let me know if you try it out and it works!
@LumGaming101 I tried the 60 stage at lvl 43 with Gloria, and I got the boss down to 30%. It was rough. My Ballista was still struggling to stay alive even with the aura, and Gloria could tank a hit, but Angel couldn't solo heal everyone. Maybe it is possible with some gear upgrading, but I think another healer or Suppression would make it easier. Welp, it was worth a try.
This strategy worked on Stage 8 but not on Stage 9. My Suppressor is higher level (44) and stats than yours but he keeps getting one shot. Any chance the devs changed today's Stage 9 boss stats? I run the same team minus Ballista. I tried Inana and Edda but they can't keep the team alive. What is your Talent tree looking like? Perhaps you invested more into certain traits?
@@junrosamura2720 when does your suppression die? if it's round 1, mine also dies unless he uses devout guard. or did you mean later in the fight? if so he's probably getting one shot because he's taking both the aiming marker nuke plus the basic attack. non-dodge tanks can't handle both mechanics at once.
ah i didn't know dream of the magician was bad for st skills. it is really weird. plenty of things you learn. totally change your perception of characters , skills , trinkets especially in spiral of destines
I used a boat load of materials and even some castellia to try this and even with the exact same team ,gear and talents it doesn't work despite being 3 levels higher and my suppression having 70 higher magic defense. He still immediately gets one shot by the boss. No idea why but its super frustrating.

@@zoomplay5832 oh yeah, that's because of Angel's passive "Flagellant", which gives her the extra NRG she needs every round. worth the castalia if you didn't pick it originally.
@@daniel17846 i prefer angel because of her longer heal range and its larger AoE. i do see people bringing inana or having both of them to good success. just be mindful that her guard may trigger a free boss turn thanks to the fine print in its advanced immunity

My angel keeps taking damage at the end of the round and dies when he does the aoe target move, but I watched your vid and your angel doesn’t take any damage at the end of the round?
@@Xmgnomnoms there was one cycle where that happened to my Angel as well, the boss kept targetting her with stigmata and she couldn't keep up cleansing herself. unfortunately it's just an RNG thing you can only mitigate and backtrack refresh the best you can.
those square keep spawning in the worst places and also i can't save angel from the targeting mark :( oh i was using divine grace instead ballista, since both of mine are 2 star... BTW did they change this fight??? cause the boss fires back at Suppressor's [strike back]?
yup, level 46 now... and still can't 3 star it... sigh.... only just barely managed to 2 star at level 47. Also used Nungal instead of the epic archers
@@luiznascimento9873 hm, I'm not actually sure. i just checked out her kit and feel like Angel is still better for this fight. we get a lot of common exp so I'd super recommend you level up Angel too. if you need more watcher upgrade material, the Elysium brawl event shop has a lot to buy too.
Samantha is quite difficult for this fight since she cannot AoE heal every turn. But she can solo bait the marker 2x because of her passive. making it more manageable. If you can find a way to sustain the party reliably, then Samantha would be a good pick as well.
@@ryanchoy1723 Flagellant passive is really strong, way better than the Regenerate passive. worth the castalia to fix her build since you'll use her often
Hi. I've been able to use Faycal so far (Im only at stage 8 though). Take dharana, and the 2hit basic attack if you want to max the chance to debuff. You can take the crit damage basic attack and other crit damage stuff if you can reliably get the crit chance really high :)
@@ernestwest6861 oh yeah Faycal is a great option, especially if you don't build him Alert. i beat this trial way before i developed my Faycal, and also went Alert with him so he'd be worse than my Ballista or KA Archer

best archer option would be divine grace for synergy with angel and suppression. KA archer is nice too if you wanna try out a nice long ranged silver archer.

Isnt Fire Sorceress a good alt DPS? Pyroblast does 240% dmg on Scorch target

Try using raid order or urgent order to pretty pick who moves next on your team

my supression dies in turn 1 (stats: lvl 45, 3619 HP, 554 Mdef, same gear). any advise? using same comp with better stats and cant do it.

Spending castalia on Angel tho? Lol sucks. But she is really helpful. Inanna sucks for this right? Seems he gets more powerful and kills u easily
Used edda instead of range unit it went pretty smoothly in 11 rounds
