@@josephkelley8641 I agree the world changed. He could no longer get away with Butt bongo fiesta. But that’s not what I’m referring to. Once he started making really big money and married Beth, he became the celebrity he used to be cynical of. He has most definitely changed. And so has the show. Not for the better imo

Agreed. I almost wish that the Howard of the past didn’t live long enough to become the Howard of today. That would have been rock and roll and would have solidified him as the eternal king of all media. Instead Howard descended into this shitty Hollywood ass licker we see today. Sometimes it’s just better to go out at your peak.

Howard is man in his mid sixties..people change. He still has an audience, he's subscription based ...no one is forced to listen to him.
I love the old stuff too..and I'm not a huge fan of the interviews and music stuff currently..How many times can you interview David Spade?
But I'm in my mid 40's.. I don't know if I still want to be hearing the same stuff from when I was 15 being done by an old man..
    If you hate Howard cool..
Why comment on old videos just to say he sucks now?
Read any comment feed.. its not original, and we've been hearing it for 30 years now..we get it..we understand...
What's the point? can't people just be positive about entertainment? There's so much bullshit to be negative about..
It's an old guy talking about old guy stuff, and ripping on his staff..I understand if that's not your thing..
But why regurgitate old.. wide spread takes?

I think the health scare he had a few years ago, the divorce from his first wife, and getting remarried must changed him. moving to satellite radio was in way. is like getting out the parents house and be free from all the headaches from FM radio and FCC. once he escape them, he was free to cut loose all he wanted until it was becoming no fun anymore. the whole Howard Steve tv crashed and burn with budget cuts, many of his old gang are either dead or moved on. just him and robin nowadays.
also take account that he getting older now.
