Our kids have had a message pumped into them since they were little that girls can do and be anything they want. And there’s a strong anti-bullying campaign in school. It’s genuinely nice to see the message is working. Our kids don’t care about petty things like rich/poor, color of skin, misogyny, sexuality and it’s beautiful to see.

The reason you see it so starkly is when everyone is at the same skill level physical advantages begin to truly matter again. When it comes to the rest of us 7 billion people its obviously going to be much more muddled and messy, and you will see girls do just fine against boys in sports more often, because when you're an average athlete you aren't crazy like the world record holders or the people that beat them. This lesson goes so far. My parents didn't want me to be anyone else besides who they wanted. Therefore, I became a out of a control rebel. Eventually I grew out of that once I moved away from them because I realized I can be who I want to be and I don't need to prove to anyone. It sucks but parents should be more accepting because in the long run, they will maintain a strong bond and the child won't have to pretend to be someone they arent.

Because it clearly doesn't. It's just a social construct to have an excuse as to why people with uteruses are forced to pretend to be "weak" and cook and clean all day, watching 7 kids, whilst people with testicles are forced to do "manly things" have a passion to work 9-5, aka stare at a screen of numbers all day, chop firewood, and be "the man of the house"!! It's stupid! It doesn't matter! I'm just saying, because this girl in the video wants to do sports, she is belittled by her dad and forced to do something "girly" like dancing, which is clearly shown here something she does NOT want to do!
