I think the industry is oversaturated with “leaders” who aren’t leaders at all. Extreme Ownership is something that everyone should read before they ever hire somebody else.

I already know you’re good at selling because you have a UA-cam channel… all sales require knowing HOW to talk to people, even enjoying it… I love sales for many reasons but one is I have a gift of speaking to people. Wish me luck on my exams!

I have been providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients for over 28 years. I'm curious how much insurance you have ever sold to clients. Have you ever personally achieved MDRT, and I'm curious what your client retention stats are like long term ( 10 years + ) ?

Agreed. Too many agents recruiting others when they haven’t even deposited minimum 10K a month yet themselves
