Oh my gosh. As I'm watching this, all the memories from the "glory days" of Carolina football are coming back to me. This game, the run to the SEC championship, Connor Shaw taking over in 2011 to lead the Gamecocks to three straight 11-win seasons... I was in high school during that amazing era. Man I really hope Muschamp turns this team around.
Great day for me. I spent the afternoon in my easy chair with my one month-old sleeping on my chest, watching my alma mater beat the #1 team in the nation for the first time ever.
I watched this game with my uncle who was a big Alabama fan I'm actually an auburn fan but this was the biggest upset that year me and uncle would watch just about any football games especially sec games we'd watch the Iron bowl together him Alabama me auburn but we would never brag if our team was winning or making great plays
I remember watching this live. Definitely will go down as a South Carolina classic. This, along, with UGA in '12, is the most complete game I have ever seen by SC. Just shows how much we're on the rise, and more of the same is to come in the near future.

You know. I LOVED this game. One of my fondest memories as a USC fan. Problem with this is I can never forget how sporadic garcia could be. Unbelievable that we can go from winning this game to losing to Kentucky the next week. Nonetheless, thank you for the upload. It was a great trip down the good times of memory lane :)
I'm watching these old South Carolina clips because football season is coming back and there was a time where we would go off on great teams like Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. And Clemson fans, you're about to enter your third year of relevance. Don't forget that South Carolina until two years ago had a five game win streak against Clemson, and Clemson hasn't had that over South Carolina since the 30's. Enjoy it now, because last season when the Gamecocks were terrible they still gave Clemson a run for their money. Get a better conference.

Both Alabama and South Carolina were just too inconsistent in 2010 to do really big things. Both would have some games where they looked like world beaters, then lose to teams they probably shouldn't. Do you have the 2009 game in HD? That was a pretty hard fought game and I can't find it in any kind of decent quality.

I was 9 and went to the zoo the day of this game. Got back in time for kickoff and watched it. Me and my nephews went crazy after the win and went outside and threw the football reenacting the game. Great memories.
