I didn't hear anything really revealing here about how to get to, or the rate of recovery, outside of putting a lot of effort into helping them. Maybe it's in the pod cast, he didn't talk about it here...the web sight says most of the money comes from loans, grants and donations. I can't find anything about what success rate he's having, I didn't hear it in this. I guess it's good work, since he's been doing it a long time. This just seemed, somewhat, incomplete.

I would have liked to hear " understand the trauma that has been done TO a gang member" , instead of the opposite.
when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Jesuits know how to pray, they pray by living,walking and talking with the poorest they can find.
How gang members are can you change are changing for the best they always going to go back to their neighborhoods to see what's going on😝
