  • Our 2019 Lo Máximo Awards Dinner on March 30th was a magical celebration of those who have used their lives to help others find their own unshakeable goodness and reliable truth. To wrap up the evening, Lami Glenn introduced Father Greg Boyle, who left us with tender words reminding us that we all belong to one another.

At Homeboys . . . it's not about loving your enemies. It's about not having them. WOW! 💛

❤I pray Father Greg lives a very long time to keep Homeboys flourishing & making the world
    a better place -
one human healing at a time.❤
I find it so apppauling - that we - as a "civilized society" collectively
DON'T ADEQUATELY FUND ALL communities to educate & work to eliminate the addiction & abuse ( emotional wreckage )
of the children in the front end
& then try to heal them after all the damage is done ( sometimes at
    3x the financial cost ) -
on the back end- when the
    human toll is already ravaged.💔
    Humanity should be much
    better than this by now.
    ❤God Bless you
    & your mission
    Father G ! ❤

Wow! '...tenderness -as our weapon of choice' Father G. I came here because I saw Jane & Lily on screen but what followed stunned me. I knew nothing of 'Home Boys'. I now have an introduction. I was moved by Lami Glenn and then drawn in further by his heartfelt presentation of Father Greg Boyle, a Jesuit Priest -'... what God would look like...' After listening to Father G, his humour, the depths of his love for his homies, honouring & identifying & giving name to the ones who died - I so value & respect him & all who are in contact with him. Thankyou for sharing this event. (WTF) :)

I am so glad to hear Father Greg Boyle is still alive and with Homeboy Industries. He came to Melbourne Aust I think about 2011 and I went to the Atheum Theatre and he is amazing and I bought his book and lent to a lot of priests etc. to read, and then it disappeared someone took a liking to it. But one thing I learnt from his book that is Jesus loves us No Matter What and everything is forgiveable. I have tried to copy his example since then and I thought I had done good works before I met him, but his book is magnificent and should be given to the police in Melbourne Victoria Australia where we are having big gang problems now. If police and govt people had taken the time to come to his talk things could have changed for the better then. I am so happy that he has survived his cancer for all this time from 2011, and while he continues to work for the Lord Jesus Christ he will keep him here. Thousands of people that he has changed their lives and got them to pass on the love and help people change their lives, He will be sorely missed on Earth when he goes. Norma Condon

Congratulations bro! College (?) . Speaks volumes as to what, and who you intuitively have a drive to be. And, also, it speaks to what's beneath the veneer of what others may deem as too adverse to come up from, or come out off . Pressure has made diamonds. Accordingly, the stereotypical biases ,that our friends ,and family ,who still live where we come from ,can be sought out, and not ran from, but moved towards expectedly. This, because your success makes stereotypes, biases, and urban struggle in general, brought forth only to be viewed as somethings that they have an ability to go out into the world and set the trends , and examples, that can consistently dismantle them. Thus, sets a path that makes it easier for ours ,who come behind them , to do the social engineering that we couldve done growing up, but certainly didn't know that we could one day do. As, so ,we the human race , will have a better chance at fitting in with each other as one culture- one love. Education is key. Thus, they should also recognize struggle, and challenge, as nothing that can denie them their ancestral resilience , and that of such that's in their make up. You did it bro!For this may certainly say to them that this theme to life is possible.
That, as Initiative is how you will come to bear the fruits of your very own actions. Aye, I'm proud to have seen this about you on here bro!I Lo Maximo is with Honor! Aye, trip, I wish you and everbody at H.B.I just as well as All - The Best. Again, congratulations bro.

My Father, as your Honor is as I exist only in Total and Complete Submission, I submit only Eternally, to the will of the Lord, as he is Supreme to as Paramount, to nature to Free will as All Glory. For Paramount as to even as All Glory, for only you as even My Father that even has submitted to. For as I am Times ,as Time Within all Honor, All even, within all, in you my Father, eternally I perpetuate even as Glory, and submit to the Lords will , as many Times blessed, and he as Grateful.
