Hi! I just got your ebook recipe. I live in Malaysia and unfortunately cannot get the jalna Greek pot set yogurt here. I’m not sure which type I can substitute it with. Thanks
Hi Jeanette have you tried making coconut yogurt?
If using UHT milk, do you just raise to 45° and then continue on?
Depending on the brand of milk. We have discovered that some brands of UHT need heating again to create the best results

Hi Margie you can use the Kalo authentic Greek yoghurt. That works well
