How long does the yogurt last for in the fridge?

Recipe says 7 to 10 days but i have had it last 3 to 4 weeks.

Can you use uht milk as that is already pasteurised .

Yes, absolutely! Then you would just change the heat setting to 45 degrees and then skip the cooling stage 🤗.

I only eat sweet yoghurt. Can I put some sugar or honey in? Would I put in before or after cooking?
I would also put in berries. Our milk powder is low fat. Would I put in double? Thanks, Ciara.🇮🇪😀

Check some of the other recipes. There are some that have sugar and fruit added.
