I like how they haven’t exactly decided to date each other, but they’ve decided to admit that they do like each other and they still have to work through that. Also have to commend the director, whoever they are, they did an amazing job.

I know everyone felt Saki's hug! ✊ This series demonstrates that this was more than just a sibling romance. These phrases, "Give and Take" and "Learn to Depend on Someone," truly hit the spot in our hearts! What a way to conclude the series! Drama, realistic movements, and OST 10/10!
I've seen one random comment on reddit, saying s2 was soft-confirmed on closed showing of ep 10-12. Keep it mind that source is unreliable at best, so... We'll see how it goes. Really hope it gets season 2.
the way they ended it made it seem like it would make sense even without a season 2, i thought they were playing it safe in a way that leaves the door open for a continuation but at the same time can also be a proper ending to wrap it up. That aside craving for season 2 too this shit peak.
I honestly think this could be the end, and there's nothing wrong with that. The entire series was built up on having us think of the steoroytypical step sister anime plot where there will be romance and stuff, but I think the main point of the show is them figuring out their feelings - whether romantic or not and it's something that would be understandable given their situation. People look at the title and say "I know where this story is gonna go", but it's the complete opposite of that. They aren't thinking how to get with their step sibling but how not to. Up until the very end, I was thinking that it was heading in the direction where they we're gonna be in a romantic relationship where Saki says she's "okay with this". The very last scene with Saki's statement on true family kinda confirms for me that eventually, they figure out everything and they got to a point where they were able to finally see each other as family somewhere down the road. Edit: I just wished they gave us a few minutes to see the parents, the bookstore senpai, the cram school girl, and Saki's best friend at school and what happens to them in the end
You should... Read the light novels. This covers to the end of 4,and there are currently 11 translated, with v12 in October. You are correct, there is wayyyy more story.
This show is so good and I was so surprised when Yuuta just came out and confessed. I'm not sure if this is correct but after hearing that Fujinami say that she cried all night after getting a wake up call from her aunt, I wouldn't be surprised if Yuuta also sat in his room awake all night and cried as he tried to figure out what to do. Also, I need the OST on Spotify ASAP. The composer knocked it out of the park.
The translation in this episode is really bad. There are many things I hate, but the last scene, "count", why did the translator use that when the series talks about expectations since episode 1. Asamura said he wants to have high expectations for Ayase and he wants Ayase to have high expectations for him. It's a parallel to episode 1.
