Lagoon have recently had a problem with severe bulkhead failures on a lot of their catarmarans due to poor design, they are offering free bulkhead inspections on some of their boats. Would this catarmaran be covered to get a free inspection from Lagoon and if any issues were found would Lagoon honour the cost of the repairs? Personally I wouldn't touch a Lagoon because of these issues, nice film though.

Cool beans. Then Ryan pops up. yey. Even cooler beans. I'm a monohull sailor, but can appreciate the attractions of a vessel as well thought and engineered as she is. Fun to helm, I'll bet. Until you look behind the walls. Structure will have been bent like a banana within a few weeks of being sailed due to the poor structural design. Almost all of the 45ft Lagoons are all structurally damaged due to a fault in the build design due to allegedly inaccurate or completely mis-calculated mechanical design calculations of force.
Why would anyone buy a Lagoon is beyond me. The structural components of Lagoon catamarans are the bottom of the barrel stuff. Hope they do an extensive survey of the bulkheads.
master cabin: the head is unnecessarily large. I'd rather have the head where the walk-in cupboard is and make the space of the existing head part of the cabin, thus creating a lounge area. in the galley aft version, there are two seats in the crew dinette - this should be the case in this dinette as well, in my opinion.
Wiley Sharp also did an excellent walk through video on this. Is this still for sale? This is a great catamaran that has all the things you find on a super yacht. I see why this is chartered out. But that price...I think you are a little high on it. But finding a catamaran like this perfectly laid out and already built is literally impossible right now.....so price is what it is and I'm sure someone will buy it and know that when he is off the boat, someone chartered it and is keeping that yacht in the black.
