    never knew that painting in the q selection mode would not effect the last area painted, very smart technique. i will certainly be applying that.

      I use 2 soft boxes ( 2 lamps each ) , one behind me about 5 feet facing me directly , the other on in front me about like 3 feet rotated 45 degree facing the wall in front of it ( not facing me directly )

    A quick technical question... Can you use Curves instead of Exposure to get the same effect? Or is there a specific reason why you'd use Exposure adjustment.

    Hi Naourire Douane. I'm sorry to ask you this but it would help me a lot if you could answer me. I was wondering what main resources (books, sites...) helped you to have your level today? In any case, have a good day!

      Daily practice, matte painting courses, listening to artists podcasts and interviews, watching speed arts on UA-cam.

    great video/ just a question .... would making a S curve layer to darken the scene down slightlly then make a new curve layer to make the scene very bright then using blend IF to target where the bright areas are then " Alt I" on the mask on the bright curve layer to invert and paint in the light with say a 30% brush be easier to do ? , super vid always open to new ways😉

    • @REDOUANENAOURI
      @REDOUANENAOURI 10 місяців тому +1

      That would work if you're Benny Production or Max Asabin, but again these guys treat the mouse as if was a paint brush, If you're on these guys level the answer would be yes it's going to be easier.
