If you can play the whole piece then why "extremely slowly" ? For me, when I have learned the whole song (any song for that matter), I can just play the piece really fast (Or at any speed, but not until the point my hands go out of "sync" and play bass and the main part of the songs notes with a delay). Maybe the same is happening to you or are your hands and/or fingers not use to playing notes really fast?
It took me a while to finished this arrangement and all I have to say is it's possible to learn. The right hand is rather easy while the left one needs great agility to repeat the motion over and over accurately. Keep practicing the left one until you got used to it and the rest will be alright. Good luck.

Ok progress report, i can play till the 36th second moderatly fast but i don't know if i use te right fingers bcs it is hard asf, catch up later Edit 1: i can now play till 1:35 almost as fast as the video, almost finished. Edit 2: ok it's been 2 weeks and now i can play the whole peace as fast as the video exept 2 parts

Day 1 of learning this- I can play bits and pieces at 0.25 and 0.5 speed, I know some of the chords part way, memorized the first few notes of a part. I'm only trying right hand for now Day 2-4- still memorizing the chords in 0.25 speed, I can play a decent amount of the parts on .25, but I havent memorized them. Did I mention I'm kind of a beginner on piano? ;-; self taught so I don't have anyone to help me either lmao. Still on right hand btw Day 5: I can do the first part of the song slowly on the right hand by memory :D up to 0:18 , at what would probably be maybe 0.35 speed? I can play the first few notes as well as some repeating, slow parts at full speed. Starting on the left hand a bit, mainly working on right hand Day 6-6(fill every day): just practicing the right hand, seeing how fast I can go, testing out the left hand a little, seeing how far I've memorized
You know what you need to do? Take On Me - A-Ha. I've only been subscribed for a few months. There are no good tutorials on Take On Me and I believe you will do a pretty good job for a tutorial.
