"One hotel guest was startled when he was touched on the back while sleeping. Now awake and being somewhat confused, he heard a child laughing and moving around his room. He assumed it was one of his own children…but then he remembered that they were at home and he was there all alone. The man fled the room and headed to the lobby, probably giving the staff member on duty a fright too...as the lad was only wearing his underwear."

Ballygally Castle is on my list of places to visit if this channel takes off! I love haunted hotels..during the day. I intend to record lots of bite-size ghost stories over the next few months and share them on this channel. Me and my wife are here now I’m just back down from the ghost room the wife fell asleep is freaky up there it’s cold and something doesn’t feel right but the hotel is amazing so warm and we are one room below the ghost time right now and it’s 1:03 am I might go back up after a pint 😮

The locals in Newcastle Co Down say that the Slieve Donard Hotel is also haunted with a lady and her child. The child fell to her death from a bedroom window and the mother followed her. I've heard the child laughing in the corridors when the bedrooms have been empty.
