I was in elementary when Wu put out they first album but I knew what was goin on still and look now I’m 40 years young and these guys still doing they thing💪🏾
@@spainman2020 word up. Nas new magic album is a live joint, Kings Disease 1&2 must have and hes dropping Kings Disease 3 in November. So we still pop-lockin in our seats out this bitch😂🤣
I’m 46 and I 💯 identify with you. Our childhoods in the 1980s with iconic cartoons, toys, TV Shows, Movies, commercials, etc…then our teen years were greeted by a hip hop culture and rap world that was so beautifully versatile that it’s now recognized as the best era ever. We are really fortunate
@@tamarastone141 I saw them in Pine Knob just outside of Detroit on 9/3/22. It was simply Beautiful. Amazing. Spectacular. I’ve never been to any concert that exciting in my life. I came home with a hoarse voice and proudly told whoever asked, why I was hoarse and they immediately understood.
@@mobetta2092 the TV Shows and movies were amazing, actually I have been listening to Rap music since around 85, just a kid but being from Jamaica Queens in that Era it was all anyone heard.

I was there at Pine Knob (outside of Detroit) on 9/3/22 to see them. I just turned 46 that week and my wife got me tickets. I came home with a hoarse voice because I was yelling nearly every lyric from the top of my lungs…hands down the best concert I’ve EVER been to. As fans of the Wu, it’s assumed that you also are fans of Nas and vice versa and your preferred rap music is of substance (nothing against the legendary Busta Rhymes but many who like his music also like trendy rappers that Wu and Nas fans aren’t fans of). What I loved mostly about that concert was that as iconically great as Wu and Nas are, they’re not as mainstream as one would think so I knew there’d be no “casuals” present. They have a specific fan base that identifies with them, as well as one another regardless of our cultural, political, or economical backgrounds…so if you were at a concert these two acts headlined, you knew everyone present was there to enjoy great music, reminisce, nudge and point at one another (even as strangers) while rapping along, and fellowship without the bs that typically is associated with rap concerts.
It was truly an experience to catch the NY State of Mind concert (in ATL). Third time seeing the Wu (all three in the last 5 yrs tho, just wished I had years ago), first time for Nas and Busta.
@@oliverphoenix1563 I mean to say I've seen Wu Tang three times in the last five years. I wished that I had caught them live at their height, with ODB.
Been down since 81’ so I had the whole Electro age as well, I still can’t believe Hip Hop is 50 next year…and they said it wouldn’t last….saved my life 2 times in my deepest darkest moments, it means much more to me, the 5 elements is / are my life (double post because it deserves it)

SUUUUUUUUUU!!! 25+ years listening to all these guys and like Busta said it is crazy that they never did a tour together before! So glad I splurged and got damn near front row seats to see them here in the Chi. One of the best concerts I've ever been to period!
The best concert I ever attended in my life. New York State of mind Tour Wu Tang Nas and Busta Rhymes. Definitely put it down in Cleveland, Ohio…. 2022 Real mf Hip Hop music 💯💯💯
Puertoricans 🇵🇷 in da house baby! Still loving the real hip hop. Much love to all of you as well as respect. You all brought me back to my adolescence in the 90s.
Saw them in Va. Beach VA. On Sept 14th Nas Birthday 🎉 the best show of the tour Nas went extra on his born day salute! and I’am from Newport Bad Newz 💯
