    Summary:
'Health' in Hindi, स्वास्थ्य [swaasthya], means seated within oneself.
Activities in her lab to help people strive:
    - Envision
    - Embody
    - Enact
    5 activities that obstruct striving:
    - Productivity over purpose: the GTD (getting-things-done) syndrome
    - Hedging bets (avoid making difficult life decisions) and maintaining optionality
    - Maintaining (as a way of life than creating and building)
    - Prioritizing success (e.g. networking) over mastery
    - Not engaging in activities that help the body and mind to relax and refill for creativity
    4 activities that help striving:
    - Cultivate ways of listening to oneself (own listening), first ask what kind of life one wants and organize life around the specific answers.
    - Increase the ability to accept suboptimal outcome, e.g. not aiming at having the best possible xxx
    - Willing to say no and to burn bridges when something is against one's guiding principles.
    - (She said she has 4 points but mentioned only the 3 above)

    Philippians 4:6-7
    New King James Version (NKJV)
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Try not to think about the religion in this talk, rather think about the message she is giving you. The fundamental values she is talking about.
