This will help so much! I think one of the upsides of the gold cost on Faustus is that you have to play the game to be able to interact with it. Hopefully that slows down bots manipulating the market on trade.
Yeah, the gold prices for trades are broken. Perfect example: it costs 250g to buy a divine with 150 chaos, but costs 3875g to buy 150 chaos with 1 divine.
Pretty sure this is intentional. It penalized the players who have a lot of divine to convert to chaos (generally end game characters). Also stops RMTers easily converting their divine into chaos. It allows newer players who are moving up to trade easily into divines, since these players are less likely to have a lot of gold. It allows Faustus to recoup the maximum amount of gold through the market.
Gold cost though with a good farming strategy does make this a non factor. But I agree some of the prices need to be reworked. Though like mentioned this is intentional. Its designed to stop bots and people who just want to sit in the hideout and NOT map at all. But I get it
Not sure yet but this looks like its only good for buying things in terms of price. Since ur limited to 10 orders, it means people cant and wont put often what they want to buy unles they want to buy it fast. Which means theyres gonna be not many buyers and those who are buyers disepear fast. Hence the demand is low, offers are high. So keep selling on poe trade if u have time and keep buying (with chaos,divine) on faustus if u have time.
I wish the default listing price was calculated with more average rates so we can't do fool the system with scam flips. Like I bought 100 lesser ichors per 1c because there were no other buy orders and sold them back for 1c per 13 ichors, and this was only possible because of the UI.
The game is built on opportunity cost. Just like a character, you can't have everything. If you do a little bit of everything, chances are you're doing everything poorly.

@superking___ my mappers bring me div, Valdos, and keys fairly often. I might get 2-3 of some combo per 12 maps rotation. Not to mention the uniques for dusting. But I also run a map strat so I have a whole quad tab of 8mod maps to feed to them.
@@Travic_ I've heard about the rogue exiles, but my build is not that strong. I'm rerolling a trickster right now looking for a good LS build guide just to give that strat a try.
Question: Since u cant price it precisely with divines (fractions) does it mean: the price am seeing someone selling item for, if their stock number is high, it doesnt always mean i should put my price lower then his, since his fraction might be not what people want (hes selling 100of them for x price instead of selling just 10 of them) which means I can up my price higher then his? lets say people selling essence of horror for 3700stock of them in 1div:3.83esences can i put it on 3.82 and still get away with it since some people want lower amount of horrors?? Or does it always empy out the cheapest offer first no matter the stock ratio??
Wait so if I want to sell something, instead of listing the price that's suggested, hold alt to look at the other thing and list the items the price of what the first couple things say in the alt thingy on the bottom side rather than top?

Yeah it has its flaws even though the system is sweet.
My problem with faustus is the gold cost. I'm a broke boy trying to keep my mappers, farms, boats, and disenchanter going.

For a strat if you can do any of the box farming strats, rogue exile strats or harbinger strats your gold problem will vanish very quick!

You can also drag and drop an item from your inventory into the I have (or i want). Makes it easier for some things you don't want to browse for.

TIP:!! When trading with Fauss You can grab the Item Then place it in "I have"or"I want" section and it will be automatically Added
You can also control click or control-shift click to put the item into one of the sections

Faustus is probably the reason why bulk selling in 3rd party sites is doing bad right now 😢
