- This is a new watch made in Belarus, the Elektronika 77A (2020 Model). In this video I show you it's functions and alarm melodies.
The watch is made by Technochas in Belarus, the technology is pretty same as from the USSR times, yes it's still being manufactured. A pretty rare but also elegant ditigal watch. Bracelet is original.
I purchased it new from Ebay, but you also can order it from the official website of Technochas (Russian only, but you can order through email, they also speak English and French): technochas.ru/?...

These watches are better than I thought.
It's a really great alternative to those Casios, and it also has a really loud alarm.🙂

I recently looked at their website, they still produce it. But it may be harder to get one, because they come straight from Belarus. I recommend to change to another bracelet, because the original one is very uncomfortable. Have a nice day!

@@PanaSonyc shame that’s no longer possible in the west, I own 4 pairs I bought of people from the Eastern Bloc and I love them to death but I always break the glass which is really just cosmetics
@@LeonTichy I don't know how Belarus is affected by the current situation. For example on Ebay only Russian listings were deleted, but Ukrainians and Belarussians are still avaliable.
But I suggest to wait now if the situatiom gets better.
May I ask how long do you own these Elektronikas? Were those used or new?
@@PanaSonyc The first pair I bought was CCCP made Електроника 52, I had them since 2014 and it was sent to me from Donetsk! These were heavily used but over the years I bought 3 more pairs with cyrilic one of which was new (and very similar to your watch including the sounds) and one used pair with English that I gave to my ex girlfriend as a present. When buying the watches with sound I was really hoping it would have Kalinka but no luck. I’ll have to buy more of them and hopefully I’ll be able to find front glass so I can repair my cracked ones.
In my opinion when it comes “cool-factor” these beat modern day Casio any day.
@@LeonTichy At my knowledge the new Elektronika 55 ones do have Kalinka as alarm sound.
You can maybe try to go to a watchmaker and he can give you aftermarket glasses if you are fine with that.
I agree Elektronikas are much cooler than the mainstream Casios. Just think of this only a very few digital watch manufacturers from the past survived to this day and only those have their own original design.
