It’s crazy how isolated they are in these two interviews. The actor is so sure that he was a net positive for the girl but she never got to tell him her grievances. That’s a bit sad in a way
…….wait. Wait wait I just got to the end. That tease is too much. With that one line I can’t trust anything the “actor” says about how he feels because he could just be saying lines. Who knows his real feelings, his last, his intention/motivations if this is just another gig…

Yeah, this whole show is giving me vibes from Westworld mid series. If you haven't seen it, there's a gig economy set up to give the refuse of society "jobs" that no one wants to do and it's all part of an A.I. system designed to keep people "in check."

The Interviewer actually used, "Thoughts & Prayers"? Damn, that's harsh, Program People.

i wonder if there's a reason every character/person talks so smoothly
like i past episodes there def were people that stuttered a bit but why is everyone so "clean" in their speech? :)

I went to bed after listening to this ep, woke up the next day, and still musing on it. I kept thinking 'no way someone wouldn't grow an attachment after spending so much time with a kid like this... Then I realized: ... What if she wasn't the only child? The gig stated he only had to spend 16hrs a month on the girl. He could have been a dad to maybe... 4 kids? Even more?
I still think he still grew some level of attachment, "just a job" or not. That's part of acting too. But yeah .
