- Is your van ready for salt season? Winter is Coming and now is the time to consider a set of floor mats. I've been using the maxpider 3D for over a year and here are some of my thoughts on it.

I bought these floor mats a year ago for my wife's Camry. They are outstanding. They fit so perfect and through a snowy, sloppy winter they look perfect.
Yeah, I'm pretty satisfied with them.
I’ve seen these in numerous cars and they always look and fit great. Weather tech however is hit or miss on the fitment. Mine don’t fit good in my truck. It has a weird bulge on the transmission hump area that I can’t get rid of and I’ve tried heating them and reshaping them twice with no success. I’m going with a these next time.
Do they slip when you hit the pedals or are they tifht at all times? How is the wear? That is of high concern for me.

@@VantasticPacifica 2008 Toyota Prius with almost 200k miles on it. I'm in love with my car, but also have a toddler, so there is bits of food, toys and sand everywhere. It's a disaster and I'm too busy/lazy to clean it and too cheap to pay someone else to do it. HAHAHA

Got mine today and blown away.i thought they might be squishy rubber but perfect hardness and a really good feel.like a leather iPhone case

As soon as you mentioned the height of the deadpedal on the 3D compared to the weathertech, I closed out of my weather tech tab lol.

Still curious if you tried the recliner position with the front and second row seat I told you about on last video.
Those are nice mats. I have the heavy rubber upgrades from Chrysler that are nice but I hate trying to stow the seats with them in. They’re heavy and awkward to move out of the way. I think I’m going to take them out and put a little rug to make it easier.
Haha! Yes, I remember you! And yes, I immediately went out to my garage and tried it. I can't believe I never thought of that. My middle row seats are usually stowed away so I don't have much use for this but I can see it coming in handy in a pinch. Especially if you put your laptop on the dashboard and watch a movie.
And yeah, these floor mats are a little awkward to move. It can be done but it's a little inconvenient.

They absolutely do not slip at all. I've got 90k miles on mine and there's little to no wear so far.

Great question. I think I paid between $200 and $250. Not cheap compared to a 20 dollar set from Auto Zone but you get what you pay for. The ones in this video are still in my van and show little to no signs of wear. It's been two years and counting. But I wouldn't recommend paying this much unless you plan to keep your car for years. Otherwise, get something cheaper.

Does this work for the Plug-in hybrid version of Pacifica?
I checked a Q&A section on amazon and found one person asking this same question. That person was told these mats would not fit the hybrid version of the Pacifica. Hope that helps. Good luck!

I got them for my 2014 lexus es350 January 2020. 39,000 miles later, the heal area is all torn up by my gas pedal. My wife has weathertec in her 2014 is250 for around 50,000 miles and are still perfect, but don't look as nice as the 3D. Disappointed in my 3D's, they are not durable.
Hmm, that's weird. I'm up to 140,000 miles and hardly no heal wear. I guess I use my cruise control a lot.😁
3Dmats does sell a replacement heel pad which is heavyweight for about $20
for a year not to bad man
Yeah, that's how I see it. Not too bad. And maybe they would look even better if I took better care of them. but in my car, they take a beating.

what kind of material are these? I can't tell if its cloth/fabric or a rubbery material...
Great question! They are a very tough rubbery material. I'm in my third year with them and they look barely used.

Hahaha! hilarious! I see somebody likes Dave Chapelle! In my defense, what I meant was, I just wiped them once with a damp cloth. I didn't take them out and wash them with soap and water. C'mon, I got more sense than that. Yeah, I took them out and washed them with soap and water.
