Promote yourselves ladies!

🌳Ladies, are you hiding your light under a bushel yet hoping that someone will magically notice you and your ability?💡
❓Why do we feel disappointed when we believe that we are not seen, or taken seriously at work?
❓Why do we feel frustrated when we believe that we have been overlooked for a promotion?
❓Why do we not feel valued by others?
❓Why do we desperately want to be validated and acknowledged?
