She became one of my fav characters later on, her and Smithy.
Most of the characters that were baddies turned out to be a copper later
@@lorraineydays57wasn't a fan - always struck me as a soap opera character as insp. Gold, never really convincing... Entertaining yes, but very much a product of the soapification of the show
