Can’t wait to try shredded apple in our oatmeal. Sounds so yum! Also, not sure if you’ve already tried this yet but we started freezing coffee or espresso in a separate ice tray to use instead of water. So, when the cubes melt in our coffee drinks, it doesn’t water down the coffee. It’s cool you include your lovie in videos. He’s funny. We love your vibe Elsa! I love to see you being happy. Yes, do make a video about supplements on a vegan diet. There's definitely a lack of proper knowledge on this issue in our community. SO many bad cases could be easilly avoidable if people were more cautious with their diet. I cound on your dietetics wisdom, milady. :)

I have enough iron on a vegan diet( I'm on a higher level to be exact) . It's not really true to say that we cant get enough iron on a vegan diet so we have to supplement.We absolutely CAN get enough just depends on absorption and it differs from person to person. anyway love your video.:) and love Outlander too:)
@@jackskellingtonsings zinc is also one I have a lot of due to my blood test results.To be honest I don't track it ,but foods which contain it most I eat on daily bases:lentils(or beans),seeds (variety of seeds daily : mostly hemp,flax ,chia ,but also sunflower,pumpkin), nuts (peanut butter,almond butter),dark chocolate.

It’s been a bit difficult with a husband and two teens who refuse to give up meat and cheese. But hopefully I can slowly get them to just eat less of that and more veggies. One thing I have troubles with is dinners that don’t include meat, I hate fixing two separate meals. And also finding a creamer for coffee that is similar to half & half that doesn’t change the flavor of coffee. We’ve tried almond milk and oat milk, but we didn’t like those in the coffee. May I ask what editing software and video recording camera you use? Thank you!

You can absolutely get enough iron from plant foods if your diet is healthy. Iron supplements can be constipating and in general it's not a great idea to supplement with iron unless you know you have a deficiency
Yes it’s possible, but not simply possible if your diet is healthy. women need 18mg per day, (double that of men), even more for pregnant and lactating women. Iron from non-haem sources is also less bio available which means plant based/vegan diets need 1.8x more (32.5mg) which is pretty difficult to achieve every single day. Anemia is one of the leading nutritional deficiencies globally. Liquid iron supplements can be less constipating than tablets. Generally however a healthy plant based diet should have adequate fibre and paired with lots of water/fluid, constipation shouldn’t be an issue. Everyone should be getting checked regularly to ensure they’re not deficient.
i like when you share with us your recipes, but I'm not a fan of your showing all the emails in the intro montage! takes away the mystery for the kinds of meals you'll have in the day/video. its like you have away the whole movie in the trailer ;)
wow do you really get enough calories eating this? You need to eat fuel up (especially if you workout) otherwise it's so hard to get enough nutrients and vitamins

Plant based is the way to go! I’ve been at it for over 7 years.
