Hey Luke Don’t worry about the negative mic comments. They are nit pickers. I think your vid’s are great, I can hear everything perfectly. Keep it real mate. Cheers
Brilliant video mate, one of your best! I haven't been out at Swansea for ages, really need to pick a good weather day and go again. Would be great to see you out there and say Hi.
without a doubt the biggest slimeys ive seen mate ... FYI, they go bloody nice grilled on the bbq whole, scored and sprinkled with salt over the fire ;)
Last winter, I experimented with herring oil-soaked chicken pellets (Red Mills brand) as a "groundbait" attractant for my pike fishing ... (bank-fishing but out around 80 yards in 20' of water) I soaked them overnight and used an RC baitboat to drop them out... I dropped out my deadbaits in a similar way over the pellets... despite fishing in the same (very local to me ) spot for several weeks I can't say I noticed any real difference tbh... I did learn one thing, the oil-soaked pellets refused to break down for DAYS !! ...as a sample dropped at the waters edge showed... I HAVE used them soaked with mollasses for my summer coarse fishing of tench, bream and roach etc and they work well.. they break down very quickly mixed like that... I considered trying the water-based mix next winter but on reflection it probably wouldn't attract prey fish into the area as they shoal-up in the deeper water spots and stay there for the winter... Interesting vid.. Sub & a like !! 🤗 From the Emerald Isle 😎👍☘🍻
your soft plastic was just sitting on the bottom when it was in the rod holder. if you had it a metre off the bottom it would flutter up and down with the waves and have more chance of a hook up
No good about the chickens Luke I know the feeling I lost peach face parrots 🦜 to 43 degrees heat one year shattered me , Awesome very busy session thumping drummer too Far away Aaron would of love that session , thanks again legend just what I needed sitting in the room out of the pissing down rain 👌

Where the heck are you fishing? Alright, Using the word, "Reef" might be a clue but ya gotta be in Australia, I think? We used to bait holes on fresh water lakes like taking a #10 can of corn, poking holes all in the can, and dropping it in. It can start the bite which is the reason we're seeing this explosion. I love it, my 1st trip here watching you do it. In the Gulf of Mexico we get lots of Drum, some rather large but they're in all the brackish canals inland as well. Impressive run, gotta love it. peace

Silver trevally is good snapper, gummy shark bait down in Victoria. Have you thought about trying it for bait? Blue throat parrot fish is dynamite bait for gummy shark and school shark. Sweep is a very nice fish to eat!
With all the micro plastic in the Ocean I think a plastic bag is a better burly. Only joking I’m not WOKE and will never be. From a Aitutaki Cook Islander
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 Yes I bet you will be doing something completely different , this is a great strategical tactic , if you don’t plan your mission then the fish will have no chance , they will never see it coming.😉👍
Catching a drummer out there was a surprise but throwing it back was a bigger one! Arguably the best eating fish you caught all day....
30-40cm they're delicious. The big ones are shit better off letting the survivors breed on
Egg & breadcrumb drummer , mmm , yum , was bleeding like a stuck pig too , pardon the pun .
Wouldn't have survived anyway

Use a circle hook. And you dont have to set the hook. Just start reeling once the bait is taken " fish on"
You threw the best snapper bait over the side SERGEANT BAKER
HOw? do you just fillet it and send it out? or do you chunk it?

Drum are known to have worms. Maybe they would rather release it than kill it to find out it is full of worms.
Truth be told I already had 5 snappers in the Esky and it was way to much fish for me. I like to only take what I need for the week
What’s the name of the burley pellets ??

Back here in the states I am one that would take those Mackerel all day long over the others! Broiled with lemon and olive oil, not much finer.
Sounds delicious and probably the most nutritious of the fish I caught 👍
Looks like you got the only weather window of the month mate. well done

Trying to figure out the origins of the words Chum , burley , etc .
I believe Australia is the only country to call it Burley. We are different 😂
Did u archer ?
Yes mate definitely anchor 👍
I been using chicken pellets for ages. Fish love them
Those slimies look like they have been going to the gym , taking plenty of supplements , maybe even some asteroids .

artificial reef or fruit shed?
This reef is not even on the map so it's now called hunters reef 😂🤣
