So as requested here's another what I eat in a day video on Slimming World. Being pregnant means I do get more healthy extra's, check out my video on SW and pregnancy if you're pregnant. Some days I have 5 syns, some days I have 10, some days I don't have any. I listen to my body and fill up on free foods and speed foods as that's what I really enjoy. I never ever go hungry, I eat a lot! As I get extra healthy extras, I'm finding I'm not needing as many syns.

I’d become so fed up of food recently until found your videos and now there’s not enough days in the week to eat all the wonderful recipies! Never tried stir fry before but now I have left over lamb from roast on sundays with the Tesco mushroom stir fry, sweet chilli sauce and more veg, peppers etc and it’s awesome! Do the same with left over chicken after our cheeky midweek roast . I’d also always left off roast potatoes before but now I can ha e them, and cover them in seasoning and fry light and they ares still crispy. Think I’m converted the rest of the family, they don’t even notice the difference that they aren’t covered in oil ! Thanks for so many lovely recipies. Look forward to your videos and am making the most of them as I’m sure you won’t get so much time to post so often once those boys come along. Xx

Think my hubby is on board now,finally. The doctor said you could do with losing weight 😳that's what I've been telling him,but he doesn't listen. Gary doesn't eat loads but if I go upstairs or go out he's in mine and Harry's treats and I know this because I find biscuit crumbs. So he's downloaded the slimming world app menu plan for a weeks trial so he knows what he should be eating. And I've told him to watch you,if you can't boost him then no one can 😁. I'm loving these kind of vlogs. Xx
