Netherrack Nightmares have everything they need to win it all. They represent multiple beloved parts of internet culture, and execute well on bringing them together.
Painful Dreamers feels like a love letter to games and music that got their 15 minutes of fame but deserved much, much more. I don't see myself voting against them anytime soon.

Pre-Results Commentary: I may be pretty confident with my vote, but I’m honestly uncertain who will win this one. There’s been a lot of support for both sides over in the discord. Either way, this match had both sides truly give it their all, especially PD.
Post-Results Commentary: Looks like I had no reason to be worried after all. An around 100 vote difference is still pretty rough though. As I said earlier, this match was such a fantastic showing for both parties. It was so good for PD that I actually swayed my vote from NN to them once Nowhere Train released. In a way, this match was a war between my two biggest interests, and my god was a fucking glorious. It’s stuff like this that make these tournaments so special to me, so I just wanna thank all the artists, writers, and the people organizing all of this a great big thank you for cooking such a fine dish with so much more to come.
