I can’t tell you how much I hate the Patriots, but I can tell you how much I love reading about the city of Boston during the colonial era. It is in my top 5 vacation destinations in America; closer to the top if you eliminate anything west of the Mississippi. I think it’s because I can at least say it’s a great city to be a sports fan because the Red Sox are my favorite AL team, and home to some of the greatest moments in US foundational history. Much love from a Cub fan.
People make fun of us for being this patriotic. But did u see how these people reacted. Some of these people weren't even from Boston. But they were happy. The USA is like a family. People from all around the country were cheering when this happened. We clearly are United States.

I grew up in Boston, I still live in Boston. I was devastated when this happened but the incident showed me how much we are there for each other during the bad times. This video still brings tears to my eyes to see all the people from different cities who supported Boston. Being a man from Boston, I truly want to thank everyone who showed support during Boston's tough time. You're all the best!

Here in Boston, when this crazy shit was happening, and people were scared and not sure what to do with themselves, I remember seeing this kindness and compassion by baseball fans, sports fans, and just people all over the country, and I would just burst into tears. I'll never forget it.

It actually does help. Although it doesn't make everything better (nothing will ever be the same here) it does help to see the support of the entire country... I can say this being from Boston myself and being at the Marathon when the bombs detonated.
