I needed a BP back up bat about a month ago. I got the Easton Smack with the discount code. The total price with shipping was $97.40. The bat originally was a $300 bat. It's not as good as my Genesis APG4 or Bedlam, but not that far behind. It was a great investment for me and I feel confident that if I had to pull it out in a game it will perform.
Really nice to see AVG bats and how to compare. I think you guys are onto something with the photo at the end with the stats. It would be really cool to see something like that on your main page with all the bats you use. You could even branch out a little more and do a video or two on what Utrip bat hits 52/300 the best if you don't have an ASA bat for REC leagues or dual stamps even. A showdown with "budget" vs high end would be cool to see as well or at least side by side with last years model or something. I just see a lot of questions in the comments about how they compare and being able to just hit the website or watch one video to have it answered would be easy.
Right now USA Smack from HB is $100 shipped. Here in the link: www.headbangersports.com/collections/easton-slowpitch-softball-bats?rfsn=6758280.9682f7 Other than that let me look and see if I can find anything else
How easily the walls of the barrel compress during contact. The more it gives the hotter the ball comes out. So the lower amount compression number the better bc it takes less force to compress the barrel at contact so greater trampoline effect of the ball outbound
Good video! Instead of chasing the newest and "best" bats just grab an affordable option. I'd be interested to see you pick up some older used 220 bats to see how they compare to the newer stuff since they're still viable options for most leagues that don't do compression testing.

Website will be dropping within the next week and will have a lot of that info. ASA balls will also begin being more incorporated into USSSA reviews

Nice work! Bought a couple of Smacks recently and hope to get the video up soon. Keep it up!
Hey guys I just got into softball. I need a bat that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. But what’s the compression stand for? Lol

Sitting here waiting for the newest ADS video to drop! 🐐

Great video was looking for some bats for my union softball team, definitely gonna have to buy a couple!
I have always bought last years bats at clearance prices, until the louis south beach
I've seen the 2022 Fireflex (the blue one with the red knob) for 79.99 online. Thoughts on that bat?
Most of the the 240 Eastons prior to the Tantrums needed swings for sure and were average to above average bats once broken in but that’s about it
How do I get the smack? Where can I buy it?
Easton dunn deal or Easton Pow? Both 99 $
Is it just me or does it seem like almost all of these 240s are just extremely hot no matter what kind it is?
Love budget friendly stuff especially in todays world
What do you think about the 2023 worth krecher Shannon smith version? Utrip
It has a good sweet spot, just needs break in time
Out of those cheapies.... which one would you throw in your bag
I’d go with the Easton Smack most likely
@@AverageDudesSlowpitch thanks for your opinion 👍
