Another great video as always keep them coming
Thank you I still always get flustered once the camera is on
Awesome video, Very detailed steps! I have a M103 down right now due to the fuel distributor that i hate so much, Id love to EFI convert it. Looking forward to watching the EFI ECU part.
It's coming just trying to make it an easy step by step process not trying to leave anything out if I do just let me know 😁
Than´k you for taking the time explaining the steps to EFI for us!
Thank you for the SLS fix 😅 Always appreciate the Benz House !! ☮️💟
Of course bro anytime always thank goodness it was an easy fix for the most part 😅
Seeing the 300te makes me want another one.
The one I had was pretty much a parts car I drove around anyway ,but it was my intro to Mercedes.
Yea the 300td /te is a great workhorse for sure
@@thebenzhouse mine was a gasser.
Great Content.! Love all the updates & cars.!
Thanks man that means alot
i realy like this detailed content about the process , nice work mate , the next episode its crucial about how deal with the triger wheel !!!!!!
Yes sir your absolute correct it's going to be a little on the longer side but very informational
ahotter query, can you post the TPS bosch code?@@thebenzhouse
Very interesting! i converted my 230 to carburetor but would definitely consider going fuel injection if the ecu isnt a big deal. Thanks for the videos
Of course 😁 still many more to come
Hey man.. thanks so much for providing us these videos.
I’m sorry I can’t seem to find the video you refer to…
What TPS is it? And what throttle spacer do I need? (Are they universal?) Cheers.
@@taylorbushnell5838 The TPS is from a BMW M50 and the spacer we actually make
@@thebenzhouse You’re the best. Thanks. If I want a spacer, is there website you sell them at or?
@@taylorbushnell5838 oh we don't sell them these are just diy videos so people can do this by themselves I haven't sold parts or anything like that in a while sorry man
I´m thinking to swap this m103 engine to my coupe w114. Gracias
Do it best swap ever that's for sure
Nice. I did the same to my M102.981
The m102 is a great motor to do this too
@@thebenzhouse Unfortunately my engine is nearly dying. Consumption of my G class is about 8L/100. So that's OK but I mis top end power. Switch to OM606 next year.ua-cam.com/video/4Zm1tKa36k0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=BobvanCalcar
Any tips on sourcing the throttle body spacer?
We made ours if you don't have the tools I would say I think the kangaroos team makes them but I could be wrong ......
Question brother would it be the same process if I’m doing this on a m102 2.3 8v ? What fuel rail do I use and injectors ?
You can use a fuel rail from a sabb and just benz injectors msg me on ig my @ benzboi23
That bracket holding the fuel rail is going to fail. There will be enough movement with just the engine vibrations to wiggle it back and forth and it will fail where it has been cut and bent. This could be bad please have the owner take it to a welder to add some strength back into he bracket where it was cut.
It's not finished yet we have built efi kits for the m103 for many years now with zero issues if I wasn't 100% sure it would work I won't never post it or show what I'm doing
Awesome video but I don't know if u can help me out on converting my m102 to an efi in terms of fuel rail to use and ecu
Yea sorry this won't help you as much same concept tho
I used SAAB 900 Fuel Rail and Speeduino ECU on my m102
How can i modify the m104 injectorst to m103 intake manifold?
They should fit in the yellow sleeves we use them on a few of the builds
Hey the holes on the new tps sensor don’t line up with the existing holes. Any idea why?
It's not meant for Mercedes TB it's from a bmw you can make an adapter if you really want to this is more of a diy with normal tools most people have laying around. I was just trying to show it can be done.
@@thebenzhousedoes it need to hold a tight seal on the throttle body or just clip onto the rod? I already shaved off the metal to mount the bmw sensor.
@@leocrisafulli1882 it just slides on the rod there is no seal or air that goes to it
@@leocrisafulli1882 you are more than welcome to msg me on IG as well I can respond faster ECT 😉
