    It's amazing how much these videos help me as a swim coach. Thoracic mobility is the #1 killer for body position and alignment in the water as well.

    The target is such a good idea! I’ve started kicking up and walking a little but it’s hard the tell how far I’m actually going most of the time. Definitely going to give that a try!
