I almost cried during the fan talk loll, bc it’s true, we are so used to telling ourselves and other girls to justify our enthusiasm for things, or to not show our enthusiasm. It’s no shock that young people end up finding so much comfort on fandons.
I was a die-hard fan of the Disney Channel Latam telenovela Violetta, it literally SHAPED me and i was so annoying about it, but I look back at it so fondly, JUST LET PEOPLE BE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THINGS, life is too short to pretend that we dont get excited over the things we’re passionate about.
Noo because the violetta era was something jasjsj i remember doing a mini strike with my sisters so that my parents let us watch it past our bedtime.:)) 😂😂
I'm a DIE HARD Hunger Games girlie. It has aged so well and continues to be relevant. I honestly don't think it gets the respect it deserves because it's YA. Katniss is such an inspiring character and taught me that your voice matters even if you are a teenage girl. So excited for the new movie!

The books have so much disability in them, and I was part of the fans who were a bit weirded out by how much was written out of the movies, my bf and I have talked about it a couple of times

Once upon a broken heart was so whimsical and magical but the second one, the ballad of never after is what makes this series amazing! I’m reading the third book now! If you want to get into fantasy, I highly recommend The Serpent and the Wings of the Night especially if you love vampires!

My friend told me to watch your videos nearly two years ago because we are soooo alike. First I didn't see it but steph, it's scary how much we have in common. Like our style, Spotify, pinterest, house, book taste.... it's all so similar and makes me feel like everything people judge me fore is amazing and makes me ME
Okay I wasn’t really a wattpad girly but EPISODE had me in a chokehold. Like not the silly stories but the ones people actually wrote and uploaded some were so good genuinely! Did anyone else have this phase I feel like no one talks about episode 😭
same!! i had a love hate relationship with this app- like the amount of times I downloaded and deleted it is crazy lol. still feel the urge to redownload it sometimes haha I miss it and don't at the same time. i remember I always got frustrated at the gem choices, but then I discovered other people's stories that people actually wrote and were better OML never went back to silly ones lmao
I was a Wattpad girlie for the longest time then I had to take it off my phone because I spent too much time on it. Then I also did Epsiosde, but you always need gems for the best choices.

You mentioned needed to find new shows to watch -- OUTLANDER is an excellent choice!! It's 100% my comfort show and has plentyyy of romance, I'm rewatching it for the autumn season!

After the day I had I just wanna say: to anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)
Highly recommend Virgin River! I love the fall vibes, romance, and the drama of the show. I wouldn’t call it a drama but there are some plot points that give a little drama. Such a great show to watch on the weekends on a rainy day😊 I’m currently watching the new season!
the Once upon a broken heart series is one of my favorites! Book 2 is so so good and i’m almost done with book 3 now! I could read about Jacks forever honestly🥲

Im forever obsessed with the harry potter series even tho ppl think its cringe now, it help me through really rough patches of my life and is a huge staple of me and my dads relationship and ill never forget how he read them to me every night when i was little and watch one on my birthday til im 18 every year. The last book will always make me cry no matter how many times i read it. Im a slytherin and im proud 😂. I was also apart of 2020 dracotok and i shift now lol 😂

I was just thinking If you want a show with lots of romance….. “Once upon a time” is the most perfect show for you. It literally sometimes has multiple romance plot lines in one episode cause of time jumps.
steph i cannot recommend outlander enough. it makes me sob, its full of romance, to the BRIM. its so damn good i seriously think about it everyday, i cant recommend enough, its so bingeworthy.

it’s actually insane because i remember early 2020 when i had just finished reading after being the first series i had ever read, so i was searching reviews and stuff on youtube when i found ‘lovely like laura’ then i read the dimily series and as i would constantly watch book videos so i found your romance book recs in quarantine and then immediately read the addicted series!! i remember in the video you were so cute and wholesome but it’s crazy to see the difference between little steph just starting college and you now!! i had been on your journey the entire way with you and you have got me out of some really tough times, so thank you! in 2021 i was really not doing well so i started waking up at 6AM, an hour before i needed to start getting ready for school, just to eat breakfast and watch your videos, it would seriously brighten my day! i love you steph ❤

There are two major pillars that make me a fangirl: harry styles and one direction. I will never not be a fangirl. I also have to add that I was also apart of the duplicity lore. That Wattpad book took over my entire mind 24/7 and to this day I still think about certain chapters.
