Qurat Asif what I usually do when i dont find my machine is, i take an empty water bottle(use and throw) , cut it into two equal pieces, make holes to the cap, fill the mouth part with dough and press the dough with other half..
You didn't mentioned to soke the rice flour and to add hot water. I prepared without soaking and added normal water.which became hard. Again I prepared by soaking and with hot water now its perfect.
