Wonderful number, it takes me back to the early 70's listening to and loving Cat Stevens albums... I love them every bit as much now!
When I was a child, these words almost insulted me. To be thought of as a child made me angry. As a woman of 50+ years, I hear the words differently. Now, I hear him telling me he will remember me, when I was young.
This man has always been an amazing artist. I am so glad he found a way back to us.🤗🤗🤗

I love this song. Yes, it is indeed a Wild World right now. Hoping that leaders focus on bringing people and countries together in peace, instead of playing a meaningless game of power and greed. We all win with peace; we all want our children to be safe, healthy and happy, looking forward to an earth where we try to improve our environment instead of destroying it. Beautiful performance of one my favorite Cat Stevens/Yusuf songs! Who were the accompanists here I wonder. The poor bassist was barely visible until the end, but I was happy to see he was playing a Gibson EB-3.
I also wonder if younger folks realize how popular Cat Stevens' "Teaser and the Fire Cat" and "Tea for the Tillerman" albums were back in the early nineteen-seventies and how omni-present several songs from them were on FM radio.

There were some suspicious plane crashes in a span of 72 hours. A little girl from Mexico was coning back home after a life-saving surgery in Philadelphia, PA when the plane crashed on a suburb there; a few dozen hours before, a plane in DC collided with a Black Hawk US army helicopter, the plane was carrying accomplished, young US figure skaters. Yet the media only viewed this one as deliberately caused, it didn't call foul play on the little girl and her family returning to Mexico. Wild world.
Yes, a wild world but the helicopter crashed into the jet, not the other way around. I know I probably sound petty but the news & people blaming the jet is even wilder.
