Zanussi Portable Air Conditioner ZPAC9002 with DIY Twin Hose Conversion

Second video about my Zanussi ZPAC9002 portable air conditioner, this time using it to cool my workshop.

Of course using any commercially produced device with a modification like this may invalidate any guarantee and/or insurance cover so decide for yourself before doing anything similar.

Great video, i cover my exhaust hose with an insulator since it can get very hot which makes the A/C work harder.
BTW, that VA vs Watt reading does not make sense because I doubt that the A/C has PF of 1.

I have been experimenting with insulated hoses while using it as a heat pump but I have been so busy recently that I have not had time to do any videos. I am not too sure about the accuracy of the indicated readings.

The issue is finding dual hose units in the uk

In the UK we just seem to take what we are given rather than doing something about it. You are right though, I have not seen any dual hose units here.
