I’ve had mine for 4 years. Living in the uk they’ve not had many days on the slopes. Probably 4-5 weeks and then alot of indoor slopes. They’re brilliant. Only thing I’ve broken is the bit of toe strap that sticks through that’s unused. Best money I’ve spent on snowboarding. Just a brilliant bit of engineering

I remember one guy at lift line shit talk with your hippie's crew friends "500$ dollars for plastic".. I just thought "what binding hasn't plastic in composition? genius".. Definitely isn't perfect product they need to improove.. example Dampening BUT the product is good and it's good for market have innovation. I can run more run's using Clews instead of my old normal bindings and the mountain hasn't long runs.. I Like to go to the mountain and run snowboard for 3-4h take a break for lunch and run more 3-4h again.. the second round was terrible for me using a normal bindings not leg or knee pain but abs and back pain (to go down put the binding, go up 300 times)... If the genius don't know legs are our strongest muscles.
I got a pair right after you started using these. I have similar wear patterns but no real issues at all, love them. I have broken straps, mostly because of extreme cold conditions and do have a red heel pad/grip that is half missing but makes no impact. This will be the fourth season in these things. No quality issues at all! My back up bindings are Burton Cartel X which are noticeably lighter but I have not used these in a long time.
I preordered a year and a half ago and never got them, think I’ll be sticking with my flow bindings
Damn. I have back problems now I I legit looked into clews. But at the end opted for nidecker supermatics. They heavy yeah. I don’t do crazy park anymore or big jumps. But free ride, few side jumps n powder and they are just amazing. Not for everyone though but I think they are better than the clews

I'd love to test these before buying them but they don't sell in Québec (canada) yet. I hope I can test a pair one day...
i bought mine last year , and i was really skeptical about them , but i thought , give them a try , if i don't like them i can sell them ... and i love them .... my husband testet them to and bought a pair to .... his brother preordered now a pair ..... i would never go back to a regular binding
I'd like to test their flex, if i can strap myself really really tight and still use the step in, check the weight, lever resistance, overall quality. 700$ (CAN) is like 2 times the price i usually pay my bindings hehe

Union flight pro feel like toy bindings.
I just bought my 7 year old daughter a $65 pair of Solomon bindings and they feel way better than Union flight pro.
Union has some decent bindings but they have better marketing. Rome bindings are better. But yeah, Clew sucks. Don't be a Jerry.

Can’t wait for the that angry snowboard guy to hate on this review lol. The proof is there it’s a great product and just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s bad. I’ve had mine for two years and they are easily the best feeling binding I’ve rode and easy to get in and out.
Yeah guy that’s paid to ride for them “professionally” says only good things about them. Angry is the only one to review these that isn’t paid to do so.

The one he uses for everything to park and powder and groomers is the Burton custom, they just made a new one and it’s really nice
