    Time and the mice worked hard to get that car into the condition it was.
    The time and skill you two guys used to undo that had the ghosts of time and mice shaking their collective heads.

    I've been watching, Will it Start, Restoration Channels for 4-5 years. VGG, Sleeperdude, Mortske Garage, and several others. I've only discovered your channel recently and I have to say I love your points of difference and the level of restorations you and your Dad tackle. My brother owned one of these Fairlanes many years ago so I particularly enjoyed this build.

    A 62 Fairlane was my first car. I bought it in 1969 for $200. I loved it!

    You guys are the real deal ,things don't always work and you keep at it.tougher than the old fords you work on those are my fave

    I had a 62 Fairlane with the 260 V8. First car when I was in high school. Loved it. Mine was a stick shift.

    A great job guys for what was spent to not be a "perfect" car! This IS a great looking daily driver to me, as my sister-in-law had one of these given to her back in the eighties! I always had a soft spot in my heart for these old Fairlanes!

    I would love to have that car. My parents had a red Fairlane about that year same body style when I was about 7 (now 65). Brings back some early fond memories of road trips.

    Just a tiny suggestion for putting the seat covers on. If your get a hair dryer and blow it on the part you are stretching, it gets tighter and really tightens up as it cools.

    I watch a lot of other car rebuilds and bring back to life videos but I look forward to your new posts as I do not have to listen to a bunch of nonsense and copied acts.     Great job guys! You brought back memories of when I was installing the windshield and rear glass on my 65 falcon
    Had my 90 llb. Wife pushing the best she could on the outside while I pulled on a suction cup and string on the inside. Man it was a tough sweaty job but we got it!😅

    Rev of Revstoration just got a "64 2 door Post with a/c. Did a first start. I'm seeing more of these Fairlanes coming out. They're going for big money.

    When I did my 64’ Fairlane interior, I used the rubber roofing material for the floor and doors. It too works great. Love this guys!

    I giggled a little when I saw the relief on your dad's face as that last few inches of rope came out of the windshield. I don't know if he was nervous about breaking it or glad he tough job was done. Lol

    Amazing transformation! I wouldn't mind having that in my garage at all! That is one sharp Fairlane and you and your Dad did a great job on the interior and exterior! Would love to see it with a set of beauty rings on the wheels!

    I have to say Michael, that the combination of you and your dad working on these projects is a joy to watch.I lost my dad when I was 19, he was only 53, and we never got to do much together, so cherish this time with your dad. You both do a terrific job attempting all the varied work on each vehicle, please keep this content going, and I for one will keep watching 👍🙂

    For spots like seat bolts a hot soldering iron will melt a perfect size hole straight through the carpet. And with it being melted that way, it can't unravel like a cut piece can. Looks sharp!

    ive had ceiling headliners replaced a few times on some mopars. i had no idea that there was that much involved! those people must have hated me! lol! great video thank you sir.
