it was like 10 years ago we were so high and just staring at that clip while the speakers were shaking... that track is so freakin deep and so melancholic still comes back to my mind out of nowhere
Same shit bruh, bout 12 years ago, in the coldest town of north Russia, bumpin' on repeat. This track is so personal for me and few my closest friends.
just spent three hours on a serious search for this song... got sparked thinking it was a four tet (phonetically and conceptually you could see the similarities ;) ) remix, and after searching searching searching, "It" finally popped it into my mind, TRIFONIC!!! Pure Joy, the most amazing song. Thank you!!!!
I remember Brian Trifon playing this for us in an auditorium with a better sound system than our regular classroom, as we were his synthesis 101 students at the time. I had the distinct feeling I was watching a modern miracle, the perfect marriage of digital synthesis, musicality and human expression. 13 years later this still stands as a pinnacle example of physical modelling synthesis, i don't think anyone has ever created something on par that I've heard. Just fantastic work.
Honestly, when I listen to this with my bose headphones and just lay down and close my eyes, I experience some other worldly shit. Probably the chillest and abstract thought invoking song ever. 4:34 onward physically makes me feel like I'm floating trough space. Fantastic song.
Veridian one must wonder what came to mind when this dense, dark and creative song was conceived. Was it a reaction to a perceived darkness, or was it embracing something great, creative but maybe as much destructive. This song does pull you in a different world... A world of clouds where lightning are as normal as the few rays of sunlight hoping to pierce through the dense air and reaching you.
I'm listening to this now and realised it's been 9 years since I heard this masterpiece for the first time. Time surely flies, but I also realised that Electronic Music back then was in it's best years of creative production.
One of those tracks that can take you off to another existence if you simply put your headphones on, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to take you away on your journey. Deep AF...
creepy, disturbing and weird, yet artistic in all aspects, mysterious and attractive in a way no one can explain. Art in an eccentric yet beautiful way.
5:00 and on is so exquisitely crafted, like it's so hard to make such weird sounds sound so good together. So impressive and beautiful. This song is like making my brain wear a jetpack.
It fucking saddens me to know this gem has already existed 6 years prior having to listen to it for the the first time today at 1 AM on the 8th of April, 2014. From now on, I WILL take the time to listen to suggested music from the comments section. Amen. (:
Andy Liew don't worry. Just like it is said that the light of stars takes eons before being able to grace us with their touch, often great work of art will reveal themselves to us either when our mind is ready or when we've truly aimed to touch greatness. Cheers!
Gerard Beaubrun Well said, my friend. Speaking of great work of art, have you been graced to listen to the one and only band called Tool yet? I suggest that you lend them your ears and let me know what you think! You can start with some of their masterpieces like Lateralus or Right In Two.
Andy Liew I"m pleased that you'd took time to recommend me great music. As a musician who started as a classical pianist, studied jazz I had my eyes open to recognize music that either touches or expands the soul. I will listen to your recommendations and write my impressions on them :) I hope to hear from you again :0
Gerard Beaubrun All for the greater good of sharing music, my friend. I hope you enjoy listening to Tool as I have yet to find one person who disagrees in their absolute brilliance! Seeing as though you studied Jazz, I thought I'd also recommend you an instrumental band, Animals As Leaders. You can start out with On Impulse, CAFO and my personal favorite, The Woven Web. :)
I love how the video complements the music... That it's so robotic (yet alive) at first, but then it moves on to scenes nature.. then it's artificial again.. but in the whole, it's all about the girl. Is she a robot (very ghost-in-the-shell-ish). Very beautiful. The music in that video (and other stuff I've heard in the band's myspace) also reminds me a lot of the soundtrack for Mirror's Edge (the game). Awesome.
it was like 10 seconds ago we were so high and just staring at that clip while the speakers were shaking... that track is so freakin deep and so melancholic still comes back to my mind out of nowhere
I remember about 10 years ago I'd get high and listen to this while walking around at midnight in the streets of Boston. The song would invoke a feeling in me that to this day hasn't been felt before.
Great story, the fluttering of the eye muscles, the puzzle pieces coming together.. Flowers, a moment at the beach, eyes locked in duet, so beautiful, so moving, so perfect.
Fun fact, the artist of this track actually worked with BT when he wrote the album the songs you mentioned came from. It's called This Binary Universe and if you like this track you will fall in love with the entire album and BT as a whole, I know because it happened to me
this song/video always creates a strong emotional response in me, even when sober. and when i'm high, it's the most beautiful thing i've ever seen. i'm going to buy the album to get the HD version...
It's been years since I've watched or even thought about this video and here I am 10 years later to the day since it was uploaded. I feel like I've been chosen for something.
This just went full circle!!.. -Saw the BT (Brian Transeau) Binary Universe comments the very same second when i recognized the sound. From finding Hecq - Sura track on Audi E-tron commercial to Trifonics tracks and now this. I just expanded my audio universe with two new favourites this evening. Trifronic & Hecq.. All love and respect to this exceptionell music :-) ~Dj Mindstate @ Sweden
very well composed song. very good sound. i could say alot more but ill just let the song speak for itself. thank you to the human/humans who created this : )

Still, after so long, seems to me waaaaay ahead of its time. I remember being shook by the whole album. WHAAAT? HOW? Just so amazingly cool.
Same story, but it was 15 years ago!
Trifonic is breathtakingly underrated
Just lower your expectations from people, mate)
we are 😉
Why underrated? So much people love it.
@@AndriyShorobura Not enough do
It's only meant for the Chosen ones to hear this kind of music
I'm not sure why this video doesn't have at least 5 million more views than it does. Absolutely amazing song.

Perfectly expressed.
Truly a song that teases all your emotions. Rhythm that draws you in, and lets you go over-and-over again. It's an orgasm to the ears.
It’s 2020 and I just found out this song exists. Amazing, especially at 2:20
This thing is so hypnotic. The track, the vid. Awesome.

Not only is the music amazing, but this video is so unbelievably beautiful.
One of those tracks that can take you off to another existence if you simply put your headphones on, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to take you away on your journey. Deep AF...
I'm basing my life on this artwork.
still gives me chills
The sound track of my life since then…
2020 and still loving this song
Well it might have taken this song ten years to get to me, but I'll never let it go! Sends shivers down my spine. Freakin amazing!
the visual artist has a strong understanding of the musical language.
creepy, disturbing and weird, yet artistic in all aspects, mysterious and attractive in a way no one can explain. Art in an eccentric yet beautiful way.
french publication: qualité et effets spéciaux magnifique et la bande de son "un pur chef d'oeuvre de la musique contemporaine" I LOVE TRIFONIC

Feels like this track is playing from inner me 💯😱🫶🏼🔥
I remember the first time I heard this was on the train, just pulling into Edinburgh as the ‘reverse accordion’ comes in, to that wonderful waltz. 👌
Finally found something I could listen to along with Amon Tobin. Right on!
This video is beautiful.
