Right I see the confusion I for got to add scapular row so it to do with muscles around the scapular not a actual row that is just the name of the exercise
Plus it's a series about correctives so as I said my bad for missing out the word but you can clearly see it not an actual row so don't tell me to MF row when it's not even the point of the exercise
