Dude row that mf. Bring your elbow behind your back but try to keep your arm somewhat straight.
Right I see the confusion I for got to add scapular row so it to do with muscles around the scapular not a actual row that is just the name of the exercise
Plus it's a series about correctives so as I said my bad for missing out the word but you can clearly see it not an actual row so don't tell me to MF row when it's not even the point of the exercise

@@focusfitness5942 um does the calisthenic or bodyweight exercise affect growth and stunt growth?🤔
The effects of bodyweight training can actually help to build muscle and tone it up, but also you can train to true failure which means basically push through that pain barrier and really stress the muscles which is what you need to spark that growth so sometimes bodyweight training can be better not always but sometimes especially if you are tight for time. But can also focus on getting a better mind muscle connection by really feeling the muscles work and contract. It won't stunt growth at all. Bodyweight training can be just as good as weight training but good to mix it up like some weights and then one or two bodyweight exercises
